When I order a coffee through the drive through I just want to start drinking it instantly. . . Not pull over in the middle of traffic meanwhile I’m a rush to work and have to fiddle with little packets of sugar and handful of little annoying creamers. Drive through, grab and go, ready to eat or drink is the point . . . I get that at McDonald’s and many other places. . . Will just keep my coffee expectations elsewhere and after eating here every time, I just want to sleep . . . It’s been a while since eating here and it will be another very long while until next time.

A Carl’s Jr location with a nice staff and a well made famous star burger.. No mayonnaise and extra onions… made it perfectly …Even with the POS system having technical issues the staff takes care of you. Mcdouble 😉

Try this. Order a sandwich with extra onions. Take an extra moment to tell them how many times they get it wrong and to please make sure it has onions. Even say that you’d like extra onions. Lots of onions. Then, be completely unsurprised when you get home and find your sandwich has ZERO ONIONS. Repeat as often as you can tolerate it. Then go to Jack in the Box.

The service was great! Dante helped me make my order. Wasn’t sure what grilled chicken sandwich to get and he helped me pick a good one for my boss. Also, after I placed my order, he helped me with my app to ensure I was getting my points and the best deal available. He even helped me use a handy coupon, along with giving me a couple more for my next visit.
The store was clean. The restroom was clean and well stocked. All in all, a great visit!

Went to the drive thru to get my order, always a new thing with this place. I asked for a variation of 4 sauces, and they gave me 3 deliberately. Why are you hiring people to harass your customers and make them irate and/or dissatisfied. I don’t think they really want to work there. I do not like being tormented by your workers.
