We ordered and waited in line for 20 minutes. We went back through the drive thru and they said they brought the order out bit couldn’t find us, which was a complete lie. There were 8 other cars waiting for food and noone ever came out to deliver food. We waited for 5 more minutes and just left. There was no movement inside the building and they weren’t delivering food to any of the cars in line.

Every time I go to this arbys they forget something. Today I ordered a Italian beef.. it was literally roast beef in between two pieces of bread.. they also forgot 2 cherry turn overs.. thats $11 I wasted.. in just one trip.. they need to get a handle on it.. or people will stop going there.

I am happy that they brought back the chicken cordon blue. That is the only thing I like to order. The curly fries are always yummy. I order the sliders for the kids and they love them. I wish the price of the sliders was a bit lower. The staff was friendly and they didn’t take that long to make our food. As long as they keep the cordon blue I’ll return.

Terrible food and service, asked for light sauce on the snack warps and they still smothered them in sauce. They’re also not using fresh ingredients, because the food I bought yesterday night tasted off and now I’m suffering from food poisoning this morning. I had a strange experience at this restaurant. While the young man taking my order was friendly and helpful, a few things made me uncomfortable.
I was planning to order the Crispy Fish sandwich, which I usually enjoy. I commented that I was a little disappointed the sandwiches were priced at two for $6.00, since I only wanted one. The single sandwich price is $4.79. The cashier suggested I could buy two and save the second one for later. I explained that I’d had a soggy fish sandwich from this location a few days prior and didn’t want to risk another one, especially one that had been sitting. He then offered to make a fresh sandwich, but told me it would be a five-minute wait.
This exchange made me wonder if the fish sandwich I was about to be served was already prepared, and likely the reason my previous sandwich was soggy. If that was the case, it wouldn’t be “crispy” as advertised. I ultimately decided not to order the sandwich, as I was concerned about receiving a soggy, rather than crispy, fish. I appreciate the cashier’s friendliness, but I think the restaurant could improve its food preparation and transparency about how the sandwiches are made.

Stopped in for a quick dinner while taking a break from skiing for the day. Food was great, employees were friendly and quick. All three of us enjoyed a chicken sandwich and Jamocha shake. Best shake anywhere!

Never go here. EVER. I got a double roast sandwich that was half on the bun and half off, than wrapped up. Didn’t even look like a sandwich. The person who did it clearly doesn’t care that they work there, and the quality of their product matters. I requested another one ,and told them they “had to do better”. Paid for 2 meals, and it was slopped into the foil wrap. The 2nd sandwich was not much better. Than the kicker… went to their bathroom to wash hands, used the soap, and the water wouldn’t turn on!! So went to use the paper towel dispenser, and no paper towels!! Had to walk out into the lobby and use their napkins to get soap off. This place is a JOKE. Clearly the people who work there DON’T CARE. Avoid this location!

I took a bite, and it just tasted “off.” Being that I’d never had it before, I continued to eat it. All I could consume was 4 bites.
Immediately following all that I’d consumed, was launched on the side of 131 n. I didn’t make it 10 miles!

I thought Arby’s was supposed to make everything fresh and it never is at this location. I have asked for everything to be fresh and they still don’t. One time they double dipped my mozzarella sticks, they were dripping with grease. I have yet to have a good fresh meal from this location. Chicken tenders are dry and hard.
