I just want to start by letting everyone know that I LOVE J POT! The food quality is exceptional!
With that being said, I had a marvelous time and the food was exquisite. I love how clean everything is, the fact that there are paper napkins at the table, and the amazing fruit selection. Let’s not forget my favorite: the condiments bar!! It is what dreams are made of! I make my signature sauce every single time I go!
Now, let me share some of the unfortunate events that occurred during this visit. Our grill was not working properly and when we asked our server to help us, she simply said it was a grill that “didn’t work…” If something is not working properly, why would they allow customers to use it? This was my first time ever experiencing an issue at this restaurant. I still love it, though!
Long story short, this is a GREAT place and the food is exquisite!

First time here but not my first time doing the BBQ. This was fantastic, both from the service and food. They have a little robot that brings you the meats and they checked up on the table multiple times. We did both the hot pot and BBQ. The beef was great, with a lot of different options. Lots of options for the soup (our friend loved the Tom Yum and I liked the Curry). There’s a salad and sauce bar too. You can order for the whole table and then share as you like. You’re sure to find a favorite and we didn’t even try all the seafood options (except mussels, which my brother liked). I really enjoyed the cumin beef and marinated beef. We’ll definitely come back again, it’s very kid friendly. Plan on a wait if you come during busy times, and you’ll need the full party to be seated. We waited 30 minutes on a Saturday night but it was worth it!

Super Good meats and seafood. Octopus and squid were excellent. Robot waiters were fun, the actual staff was very helpful as well. The sides bar was great with a lot of choices for dipping sauces. Dessert was simple but tasty.

Our first visit here and 8t was really nice. Jason our waiter was very attentive and helpful. The only complaint I have is the cooker. It was not very hot and we had to keep asking for them to turn the heat up. Otherwise great experience, loved the food, and we will try the hot pot next. We just ate Korean BBQ.

It was our first time here and our server, Jason, was so patient and informative! He helped us all order and it was such a fun experience! We ordered the BBQ & hot pot menu and I’d recommend both. Everything was fresh and delicious!

This was my first time here and doing a hot pot. I came by myself for lunch. I ordered
Lamb, brisket, and pork. I had no clue how much meat would come out. It’s a good amount. I also tried the fruit bar and salad bar. Fruits were really fresh and good salad bar as well liked the seaweed salad. Food is delivered by a robot playing the Mario theme which is cool. Then she came back and had me order more food. I was quickly stuffed. Asked for a to go container and was told it would be 14$ extra. When I said no she got mad I was throwing food out and gave me it for 8$. My first time here I had no idea what I was doing. Be aware when you go. Food was really good. The ice cream on the way out is awesome! Will go again

First time here, and I must say I loved it. Food is fresh. You select base and add all the fixins you want. Food comes quickly, and the waiter is constantly asking you what else you want. The waiter was very attentive. They bring a little cake for anyone celebrating their birthday and sing too. Price is about $40 per person. Come hungry. Definitely coming back

Amazing food! We had a very friendly server who was helpful and attentive! The options are great and all the food I tried (which is a lot I eat a lot) was very nice quality. Do yourself a favor and get the mushroom style broth and spicy garlic sauce.

David was amazing, he gave us the absolute best customer service anyone can give. He made us feel completely comfortable, he explained everything to us page by page. The food was great, the atmosphere was also great. The machines that brought the food to the tables definitely got my attention. This is definitely a high class/5 star Restaurant. On my list of places I’ve eaten at J Pot ranked #1 best place ever. J Pot and David thank you so much see you soon it was worth every penny
