We had a wonderful time at Can Alegria for our dad’s birthday. We had booked the private room, which allowed us to celebrate together as a family in a warm and intimate setting. The shared starters were absolutely delicious, and my octopus was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we left with great memories.

Excellent food, drinks and service. The lamb shank with apricots was delicious, definitely recommend! Also had the chocolate fondant dessert and wine/cocktails which were all lovely.

We came across this place while walking around the area and decided to walk in because it seems clean and quiet. The staff were all very approachable and full of smiles. They all spoke good English so we had no issue ordering and communicating. Everything we tasted was delicious and well presented. From the complimentary bread, to cocktails, to the roast duck, everything was cooked right. Prices are not cheap, but we enjoyed the dinner.

Best restaurant that we went in Paris. The food was perfect and the wine was excellent also. I never tasted a lamb with the flavour that we eat there. If tou visit Paris you should go to eat there.

The drinks were pure alcohol made by the same waiter that served us; undrinkable.
The food was pooled in water and felt like it was microwaved. We had the octopus and beef which were edible at best. The atmosphere was depressing, as if locals knew of the scam that this place is. To top it all off it was expensive, our dinner if you can call it that was 40€ per person.
I repeat do not come here

Amazing evening, very friendly staff and yummy food ! They gave us a private room downstairs to have dinner between us it was super nice!

Our family of six had a great experience! They suggested a great pasta for our young kids, were very welcoming and the food and drinks were all flawless. We especially liked the octopus and lamb shanks. Highly recommended.

I could have marked down for a very basic beer selection – I’m sure local craft could be sourced instead of mass market lager – but the food and experience made up for it.

We were accommodated on short notice at this popular and enjoyable restaurant. The food was excellent and the service friendly. It is just a short walk from the Moulin Rouge in a quiet street.
