This locally owned food truck is a MUST TRY when you visit Moab! Patience is needed but is definitely worth it!!! Kate owns, manages, and cooks all of the served food FRESH!!! she is a one man team. We definitely loved her grilled pork with Jaew sauce, pad thai, and fried pork belly. Plus she has a very cute son too! Lol The food was amazing and service was really satisfying. She is very passionate in what she does. We will visit this food store everytime we are in Moab. DEFINITELY THE BEST AND MOST AUTHENTIC THAI FOOD I’VE TRIED! This business should be big!

This place is a hidden gem. The food was incredible! We ordered the garlic pork and pad see ew and both were the best we’ve had in quite a while. The owner is very friendly and the service was fast and friendly. Parking was a little difficult to find but worth the effort.

Hands down the best pad thai I’ve had so far. The noodles are cooked just right and the sauce is seriously delicious. It’s tucked away a little bit off the main street, but it is 100% worth the drive. The owner is so sweet, and her husband and son are super nice too. they even gave us some free jaew sauce to try. If you love Thai food, definitely check this truck out. It’s a great local family business to support.

Nice little food truck! I thought it would be near all of the other food trucks at Moab Food Truck Park but it’s not. I decided to give this a shot, and man… I envy the people of Moab for this place. It screamed authentic to me. Whoever helped me order was very nice. I had to wait a little, but that tells me it was made fresh. I decided to order Pad See Ew. They have seating right near the food truck. The noodles were great! And the flavor was a great balance of savory and just a cut of sweetness for Pad See Ew. It might be one of my favorite Pad See Ew that I’ve had! Nice leafy veggies with it too. Very nice portion size too for the cost. Definitely swing by here! Wish I had tried more items.

Kate’s authentic freshly made Thai food is hands down the best in town. The Khao Soi is the best I’ve EVER had and I can’t wait to try everything on the menu! As a resident of Moab this is my go to for Thai food and the owner is the sweetest person too! You will not be disappointed here! It’s tucked away on West Center Street just down from Spitfire BBQ. Not much parking so I recommend walking.

What a joy to find delicious Thai food on our vacation in Moab! We had the grilled pork with jaew sauce and the pad thai with tofu and both were absolutely perfect and reasonably priced too. Just the thing to take back to our hotel room to enjoy after a long day. We can’t wait to come back!

We got the Chicken Pad See Ew and the Potstickers. Absolutely amazing. The owner makes mouth watering food! And she is so incredibly kind!! I will be coming back here a lot! I would recommend this place over every other Asian restaurant in town! Food was very well made and fulling!
