What a nice looking facility. When we walked in, we were greeted by a great host, offered a a choice for seating. The menu is amazing, food is fantastic. We had a massive amount of smoked meat, Brisket, Ribs, Chicken and Pulled Pork. All prepared to perfection. The potatoes were great, salads generous and the corn bread was fluffy. Head to Redmond for a BBQ treat!

From the moment you walk in the door to check out your treated like family. The food was so good, the fried oakra is amazin, and the loaded cheese fries were great (my only suggestion for them would be maybe add a little pickled red onion)

I heard their barbecue wasn’t that great so I had to try it and I don’t think it is it’s about average. The chicken was overcooked and dry and so was the brisket it should be moist and pull apart but it wasn’t it was hard and dry. The pulled pork was good and the ribs were okay they were dry as well. But I’ve had prime rib and it was really good. I bought the four meet Extravaganza but I won’t buy it again. Whoever cooks that needs to learn how to cook at least the meat anyway the barbecue was way too dry

I love this place for its amazing ribs and brisket.
We have been here a couple of times,
I’m giving 3 stars for this visit for several reasons, the food IS GREAT. But it came cold. The ribs, the brisket, and the baked beans were literally cold (beans had a hint of warmth).
Our waitress brought the food and disappeared. I had asked for extra napkins which she never brought. I ran out of water and got more only when I snagged her from walking off again after I told her the food was cold. She did ask if we wanted new plates but too much time had gone by. Who knows how long it would be before we saw her again. We ate our food cold because we didn’t have time to return it, and I refused to go looking for our waitress.

Legitimately one of the best BBQ places in Central Oregon. We picked up food here just after getting home from a trip and I was a bit disappointed in the amount of fat that I received in my brisket order. There was a significant amount of food, unfortunately what was actually edible was minimal. The ribs were great. The sides were all delicious. The smoked wings were devoured by our kids. All around great food and vibe, just bummed at how little of it I was able to eat.

This place is AH-MAZING! Visiting from North Idaho, but originally from Texas, and I can tell you this BBQ is legit! The brisket and ribs are the best I’ve had. Omega was our server and she was delightful! Atmosphere was clean and you could tell right away from the delicious smells when you walked in that this place was gonna be good, and it did not disappoint!

Very tasty BBQ. Not happy with the meat I got. I only got a little bit of meat. A lot of it was fat. And unless I had a death wish, I wasn’t inclined to eat all the fat too. Happy with the coleslaw and fries. Service was good. See pics for all the fatty parts. You get three slices for the beef brisket plate. I’d say maybe I ate one and a half slices of good BBQ meat. The other half was fat.
