Literally the most pleasant staff interaction I’ve ever had at a 5 guys. The woman who took our order was extremely friendly and me and my sister enjoyed the banter immensely. The triple burger was a fantastic special!

Haven’t been to Five Guys in a while and stopped by to grab a bite while in Vermont. After being in a car for close to 5 hours, the cheeseburger and Cajun style fries with a diet Dr Pepper vanilla was a perfect combo. Decided not to get a milkshake but sounded delicious. Also grabbed a plate of peanuts while we waited for our order to be ready. People came in and out but I believe we were the only ones dining in. The amount of fries they give you is ridiculous; could never finish it. Good old classic that never fails.

2 out of 4 orders were not we ordered buy they were very friendly. Good burgers. Eastcoast version of in-n-out. Though price is much higher. Place was very cold….catering to skiers. Overall good experience.

Called in a simple two little cheeseburger order (and they weren’t busy only two people in the place) one had four toppings other three yet they screwed one up. OK not end of world but it got worse from there. I HATE onions didn’t order onions so why on one of the burgers it had a big fat onion chunk squished into top of bun no clue. The fries were SO salty and soggy we ate four or five and threw them away. And what’s up with the fat onion chunks on burgers? Usually burgers have sliced or diced onions not big fat chunks.

Can rarely go wrong with Five Guys! Price is a bit steep but Five Guys is higher quality compared to traditional fast food. They over salted their fries and they were borderline inedible. They replaced them for me without a struggle and the new batch was perfect. No notes.

Fried were great, shake was good…the burger was neither. Fake cheese weird taste and overall just not that delicious. And the bill was $25 Not worth it at all…I mean really, get real. I’d go back for the fries only. Much better food to be had for much less money.

This was our first time here, and we loved it! Great service, great food, and great experience overall. We came from out of state and stopped here for a bite to eat. I’m glad we did. We also were able to leave a bit of our own touch on the bulletin board; that was fun, lol. Thanks, Five Guys!

Ok 5 Guys what’s up with little to NO fries??? I have been to many 5 Guys all over the USA but this one has disappointed me. Sorry.
My wife and I use to get the medium Cajun fries but as we’ve gotten older we have downsized to the “Little” size. There is usually a good cupful plus several extra so we can share them but today….. what the heck??? Only a cupful and NO more!? I could have gone to the grocery store and bought 5lb’s of potatoes for the same price you charged and all we get is a dinky cupful!!
Now I’m not one to complain but if you’re going to skimp on the servings then I’ll be looking to eat elsewhere, there’s a Panera Bread just down the street that we could have gone to but did not, maybe I’ll rethink that in the future.
We are only here today, as we travel in our RV and move around alot, and will not be back in the area anytime soon. I just wanted others to be aware of what is happening.
FYI…. the burger, as always, was GREAT! We have never been disappointed in that department but today was a bit saddening to only get a cupful of fries.
Good luck in this location and maybe see you if we travel this way again,
Larry
