One of the best Carls Jr.s I’ve ever been too. The food was amazing, the guy who brought our food out was very friendly. We got our food in about 3 minutes and was hot, and made how we asked. I would definitely recommend this particular Carls Jr.

I had the pleasure to meet Brian on the drive thou . I made and order and ordered the wrong item I didn’t want. Brian corrected the mistake and was very pleasantly nice, something that isn’t very common nowadays. Because of Brian I will be returning many more times.

I purchased 2 z chicken sandwiches, a large dr pepper and a chocolate shake yesterday thru the drive thru. After I got the meal I parked and ate the meal with my girlfriend. As I started to drink the shake I noticed a strange taste of the shake. I asked my girlfriend if she noticed the same thing. She indicated it tasted bitter as well. As I got to about the half way point it was clear. There was something wrong with the shake. Ive never had a shake taste so bitter or bitter at all. So I walk back in to exchange it or get my money back. I bring them the remainder of the shake And tell them there is something wrong with the shake. The cashier(tall Hispanic) said there was nothing wrong with their machine.

Have not been to a Carl’s Jr. In 10+ years. Maybe I’ll try again after 10 more but doubt they will be in business. Ordered the Diablo burger, the $6.66 price is only available through the app. Friendly staff on our visit. The burger itself was kind of mushy and tasteless, the bacon was the typical cheap motel free breakfast type, super thin, no taste just salty. The Jalapeño poppers, cheese sauce and additional pickled Jalapeños were good and gross at the same time. Typical garbage fast food experience best enjoyed at 2am after a night of debauchery as a final act or next to final act.

The prices have become so outrageous that it’s really difficult to recommend. I’ve had both good and very bad experiences with staff depending on who was working. The night guys seem to be the friendly ones.

Wow, looks like I ate it before I could get a photo of how good it looked when I got it. As you can tell I “dined in” you guessed right. Staff was friendly and gave me confidence in eating here, food tasted great… as expected. The person that took my order brought my drink and meal, he smiled and was polite. They deserved five but I didn’t want them to get big headed. There were other crew here that were friendly and pleasant… and greeted me when I arrived.

Every single time I go in their drive-thru, they just make me park up front and tell me they are tracked on drive-thru time and have to manipulate it by doing that, or else they lose their jobs. Maybe instead a drive-thru, just do parking lots orders and delivery.
