Man this place is bomb! I eat here at least once a week… I know that’s bad but I’m sorry I cant resist a great deal! They have a 25 piece for 15$ and you can add 5 more for 3$ boneless.. I’m sorry but who can resist that! Usually I try something different each time and I have yet to find a bad wing, they haven’t let me down with their amazing flavors and choices. If your on highway 18 in apple valley and smell something good its probably them. They’re also open till 11pm and as long as you get an order in before 11 they’ll give you your order with no questions asked. They’re very great about making your wings to perfection. If your into wings please stop by!

I placed and online order and had my brother pick up. I live 25 mins away and noticed when he got home that I was missing a bag (half the order). I called and when I mentioned I was almost 30 minutes away he laughed in my face saying that he could redo the order and I can drive and get it or go get it tomorrow. When I got there yes they apologized and all but they were still laughing in my face as if 30 minutes driving there again and 30 minutes driving back isn’t annoying enough. Then got home home just to find out a large fry was still missing. Worst encounter in overall with this facility.

So disappointed, i was not greeted, all the employees stayed in the back joking around. I was told my small order would take 25 minutes. I waited the 25 min drove to the location, my food still wasn’t ready. Only 2 of the 6 workers handling the food had gloves on. I’ve now been waiting for another 30 minutes. No reason for it the store is not busy at all. I will not return or recommend this location to anyone.

We ordered 75 wings 5:08pm online which had a 15-25mim wait. We arrived at around 5:20pm when they haven’t even started cooking. We were told that it would be about 15min. So I went to T Mobile for 15min then went back to Wing Stop for the order. The order wasn’t done till about 6pm. While there we ordered 3 more fries which the lady there misunderstood and only cooked 1 so I ordered 2 more. There’s no communication or updated status on our order the whole time. They said everything was there and they looked at us crazy as if we were retarded or something. When wr arrived home (block away) we noticed that only have the order was there. We called and had to return to the store. They didn’t want to deal with us so we asked for the Managers number. They said that it can’t be provided!? Uh…??? We had to be more forceful till they provided it and said oh yeah we have more food her that’s your… COLD food and they literally poured oil all over the bag, food, and containers. Oil spilt out into car seat and it’s just s disaster!!! All we wanted was good food. We were respectful and communicated clearly. Still the worse customer service ever!!! We will NEVER return here and don’t recommend.

Ordered at 8:05 with Selene helping the front and didn’t receive our food until 8:45 and that’s after having to remind them. They forgot about our order and you can tell they rushed to make it afterwards. Very unhappy because the last couple of times, service has declined.

Worst Experience we have ever had. Spent $63 on food to have it show up 2hrs later in a ripped bag covered in Ranch. Can’t get a refund through wing stop App and manager on the phone was rude telling us it is Door Dashes Fault. Wing Stop states so much easier to order on app until you have an issue. Do not recommend going to this location.
