Such a lovely staff! I come every morning around the same time to get my two shots of espresso, and the team makes every interaction AMAZING! From compliments, to friendly greetings (even at the earliest hours of the morning), to remembering my order on their own, they make my experience so great and my favorite part of my day! There are a few staff members that stand out, but unfortunately I don’t know their names. I truly have never had a better experience at another location and give so much credit to the morning staff for creating such a great experience for me, and im sure so many other regular customers. Other locations should be taking notes! Keep up the great work!! 🙂

I am absolutely disappointed in the new Starbucks, protein caramel latte. I appreciate a good protein drink, but this was something else. It was absolutely disgusting! 2/3 of my drink was thick protein foam, leaving a tiny bit of sugary coffee at the very bottom. I had to literally go home and get a spoon to scrape all of the foam from the top of the drink to check to see if there was any coffee in it. The foam was so thick that I couldn’t taste any coffee at all. A total waste of money! And that’s what I get for trying something new (smh).

This Starbucks is pretty typical. A little bigger than the average, with additional tables towards the front of store. The staff have always been friendly and efficient. They do a great job of getting my special chai latte perfectly made.

So what do you look for when you go to a chain restaurant or store like Starbucks? Consistency, cleanliness and friendliness. I’ve been coming to this location for quite a while now and have always had a good coffee. You start to look for that Starbucks flavor and it’s here whenever I order from here. This is my first time actually in this location and it’s quite spread out! Some other locations I’ve been to it’s smaller and a little cramped. Quite the amount of room here! And you can’t forget friendliness, which there’s no shortage here! Everyone is very kind and attentive in the drive through and asking about your day. Inside I felt a warm atmosphere even with the morning coffee rush. Had a great spot here this week and will continue my coffee stops here!

This may be one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. Made the mistake of trying again in hopes of it being better than before, but unfortunately it is not. This is my vanilla sweet cream cold brew with vanilla sweet cream cold foam AFTER asking them to remake it for the second time. Is there even coffee in it?? After sitting in the drive thru line 10-12 minutes, they have the audacity to get upset when politely asking them to remake it? Yeah no, I will spend my money elsewhere!!
