But what truly set this place apart was their remarkable hospitality, not just toward us but toward our dog as well. They weren’t merely “dog friendly”—they went above and beyond. The staff brought out a plate of meat especially for him, and he was even allowed to roam leash-free, which made the entire experience feel warm and relaxed. It’s rare to find a restaurant that treats pets with such genuine affection.
The staff themselves were wonderful—cheerful, attentive, and sincerely gracious. You could feel the pride they take in their service and in creating a welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, every interaction felt thoughtful and kind.
Overall, this restaurant delivers exceptional food and exceptional hospitality. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like a cherished guest rather than just another table, and I can’t wait to return.
For dessert, we had the tiramisu and the pistachio gelato, and the gelato was our favorite. We’ve also tried three different red wines here, including the house wine, and they’ve all been excellent. The outdoor seating is cozy during the summer.
Bellavista franciacorta wine but got a different wine than I ordered Chardonnay black label and he served wrong one again,,. The way he served wine it totally wrong he not event presents wine or showed me the wine label before serving. It made me feel like he didn’t care about it at all. The dessert I ordered, the lady finger seem like didn’t touch the coffee at all, it like a hard cookie. Disappointed!!!!
Friendly service: 4/5
Tasty food: 4/5
Value for money: 3/5
Food was served extremely fast. Service was ok, though I did miss the warm Italian atmosphere with chit-chat and small jokes. Food was tasty, portions rather on the small side which is good as Italian food can feel quite heavy. Prices were quite steep though, I’d say at least 25% higher than what I’d expect.

For dessert, we tried their pannacotta, and while the flavors were on point, it was a bit runny for my liking. Maybe just an off day for the pannacotta.
What really elevated the whole experience was the awesome vibe and the friendly staff, especially Fabio, who made us feel like we were strolling through an Italian alleyway. The food and service were top-notch, no doubt about it. Seriously, make sure to give their outstanding pasta dish a try when you visit!
Grazie per il pasto!
The overall experience was nice, it’s a cozy restaurant and the staff is really careful.
We ordered a Tagliere Misto and it was good. It’s pricey but if you’re like us and appreciate to experience new flavors it’ll worth it.
We also had a Pizza, the special of the month, and the experience wasn’t that good. It has strong flavors that mixed together made it a bit hard to appreciate (Gorgonzola cheese, Parmesan cheese, pork, bacon…), although the pizza dough was really well tasty.
