Looking for the best BURGER in the valley? (Yes I said B̆̈Ŭ̈R̆̈Ğ̈Ĕ̈R̆̈ not roast beef) Arby’s in Aetnaville has the best burgers I’ve ever had in the Ohio Valley.
I’m not sure if all Arby’s have burgers like this one, but I return time and time again for it!!
They’re thick juicy and cooked to perfection. Then curly fries with cheddar and mozzarella sticks are also amazing and always hot and fresh!
The prices are high, but honestly what isn’t anymore.

I love Arby’s but this location is literally a disgrace. EVERY time I go there they mess my whole order up. This time the sandwich was freezing cold, no mozzarella sticks (which were on the receipt and charged me) and there was white stuff all over the lid and on the inside of my sprite. This place is always hiring. 2 of my neighbors who have food service experience have applied and interviewed here but never get hired. I’ve only eaten at this restaurant while they we’re interviewing. Not impressed at all. The wait time was long the restaurant was dirty and the cashier was arrogant and mouthy. I’ve eaten at cleaner restaurants in Anacostia DC. At least in DC they we’re friendly and respectful to me. Arby’s hire people who want to work and you might achieve a 5 review one day because what you’re working with right now is definitely going to keep that 5 dream from happening. Do Better

Bought their chicken wrap that must have been sitting around forever as I could hardly taste the chicken, .mostly crust. Employees were mostly playing around with each other and the girl taking my order had to remind the other employees of my order. The girl taking my order apologized for me having to wait so long. I know it was after 7:00 pm, but I was the only one waiting on food and they were not busy. Their roast beef sandwiches though are great

The best soup sandwich in the valley… and thats not a compliment.
I ordered a buffalo roast chicken sandwich and a half pound roast beef sandwich. Neither one could be picked up out of the box. There was so much sauce the buns were soggy and falling apart. The half pound looked like someone put a bottom bun in the box, slapped some meat on it took the lid off the liquid cheese and started pouring it and forgot to stop. Then added more meet and cheese, and topped it with a bun top then struggled to close the box.
Just to salvage my meal I had to dump it on a plate and only ate the chicken, which had no taste other than buffalo sauce it was swimming in.
I rank this location right down there with St. Clairsville’s KFC.
I will drive from Martin’s Ferry to St. Clairsville from now on to get Arby’s. Pretty sad when I live in Martin’s Ferry.

First the drive they lady was rude. Secondly, when we ordered a wrap they gave us a mini wrap even though we asked for a regular wrap. The assistant manager said that because we didn’t say large they gave a mini wrap. They should ask Mini or large like any other Arby’s. Will never go to martins ferry Arby’s ever again!!
