Wowsa! Want great customer service? Stop in and ask for Sarah as she may be the very best waitress we have ever had…and we are old! We were seated immediately upon entering. Literally 2 minutes after being seated, Sarah rushed over and apologized for the wait!! “What wait?” We asked! It just continued to get better—-she answered my multiple questions, broughextra napkins, made sure we had full bottles of condiments when she “heard” the sound of an empty ketchup bottle..ha! The pizza is always great, I had the burger which is fresh and hand pattied. It came with fries or sweet potato fries which usually have an upcharge…Pizza West does NOT charge extra. My husband got a 10 inch specialty pizza for 13.99…which is a great deal. We have also gone at lunch because they have a lunch special. The salad bar is fresh and also a great price. R often use their party room for birthdays, board meetings, etc. Which is also free—-again unheard of! So, in conclusion…the prices are very affordable for a restaurant like this but it is the extra special care and attention Sarah gave to us. It’s cheesy, I know but, we left with full tummies and full hearts! (And we did not know Sarah before this, she did not ask us to give her a review and this is NOT a paid advertisement!!!)

Food is delicious, the red sauce for their pizza is a little sweet but if you don’t like that, there are other great options.
Homemade ranch is so good. If you do delivery or takeout, you better make sure everything is in the bag/box. They have ALWAYS left out any dipping sauces that we order for work. We placed an order that included 6 sides of ranch. There were 2 in the bag. Every single time we order it. I have had to drive back over to get them. I was also given a side of cottage cheese instead of ranch when i ordered at the Maple street location.
This will not ever deter me from eating here. Just need to be aware to double check your order.

Average food, service and atmosphere with pros and cons. Mozzarella sticks arrived quickly but tasted bitter and smelled like burnt, overused fryer oil. Pizza had lots of toppings, but crust was dense and doughy.
Our server was nice and knowledgeable. Ordered and requested our daughter’s food come out first. It was the last thing to hit the table.
Just fine if you’re looking for a place with no wait on the weekend.

We have been eating pizza at this location since we moved to the area over seven and a half years ago. We love the soup and salad bar combination for lunch during the week but really wish that it was also offered on the weekends and at night. The house-made ranch is really delicious. We always order the cheesy garlic bread and you can’t go wrong with just about any of their pizzas. We usually get good service as well.

Came for the $12 Lunch specials! I got salad bar and a slice, my husband got 2 slices, drinks included.
Salad bar was very fresh, well stocked, good variety. Had to get the famous Hand breaded Mozzarella Sticks. They were very good, a bit underseasoned, but that Marinara was delicious! Easily the best I’ve had from a pizza joint!
We both ordered a slice of Parmageddon subbing olives for the tomatoes. White sauce, garlic, spinach, artichokes…totally my thing. My husband got the Hey Gouda Looking as well. He loved it! BBQ, hamburger, bacon, onion rings, a completely different flavor profile.
Service from Krystal was great! She was fun! Told us how the majority of sauces are made in-house with many recipes having been passed down. Mentioned how the place was recently sold to new owners with said recipes intact. I sure hope so. We wouldn’t hesitate to visit again! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Wow! So happy that we chose this pizza place!! The flyin Hawaiin was amazing! The hey Gouda looking was amazing! The bartender who helped us was amazing! Everything about this place was amazing! The flavors were on point and perfect! I love trying new pizza places and this place doesn’t disappoint! We are going to have to make the 60 mile trip to go again!

Food was good but wait staff was so clueless. Had to send my bill back multiple times because they did not understand their own specials and discounts. Our primary waitress tried to dump us off on a new waitress who could not even tell me the price of a draft beer. The service ruined the experience for us. I wish I could give zero stars instead of 1.
