I am always missing something from my order!! This time I did not get my drink that I paid for! Had I not asked for apple juice I wouldn’t have gotten that either . Didn’t realize I was missing my drink until I got home. The food is cold fries are soggy and my Big Mac had way too much sauce!! They need to step it up at st Michael location asap!! For what we pay for the food now should be getting hot fresh food and everything we pay for ! Extremely disappointed and I am not able to call and ask for a refund ?!?

So the problem I have is the manager is pouring large amounts of water on the floor. It is early in the morning and I am trying to study, and I see other families gathering to have breakfast. There is this loud noise from this vacuum that the manager which is a guy is using to suck the water up off the floor but can’t get to it fast enough. Point is its early in the morning. You keep starting this loud vacuum off and on. It is so loud that if I was autistic I would definitely have a bigger issue. It is too early in the morning for this. /so much water you can hardly walk there is a time and a place for everything now is not the time! I have some concern to your customers you see people working on laptops and trying to enjoy moments with families. You can’t barely hear anything. And he The Big Guy Manger doesn’t care because he continues on.

Took our money had all their lights on claimed they decided to close early tonight. Their hours are until 12am. Not 11pm. Now I’m out my $$ for up to 7 days?!?! Yeah screw this location a bunch of lazy people working here. And the “lady” on the drivethru speaker was super rude and had a massive attitude. If you hate your job, get a new one.

I had the BEST experience at the drive-thru today thanks to Sophia! She was so bubbly and upbeat, which instantly made me smile. My entire order was 100% accurate, and she handled everything with both professionalism and personality. It’s not every day that fast food service feels this friendly and genuine—Sophia really stood out and made the visit a great one. McDonald’s is lucky to have her on their team!

The food usually tastes great, but the orders are so inconsistent on neatness. Half the time my sandwiches are wrapped to the point of falling apart, the other half they are wrapped so tight the get smashed into oblivion.

They have no idea what they’re doing they couldn’t even print out a receipt because their kiosk machines had a paper jam. My order was on the screen but they kept on asking me did I pay for my order I felt like I was talking to a preschooler they need to go back to training their workers because the food wasn’t that good My quarter pounder looked terrible like a little child made my sandwich The fries were cold It was like they had been sitting for awhile and my smoothie was the worst I’ve ever seen It looked like they didn’t mix it well nothing it was like they they plopped it into the cup and My fingers were all sticky because on the outside of the cup was actually smoothie. The service was terrible making you feel like you’re lying about paying for your order even though you see your order number on the screen. and the atmosphere I could see that people were unhappy because they were leaving before getting there food because it was taking too long and this young man came up and said that his sandwich was made wrong so I would avoid going to this place at all costs find another McDonald’s.

Placed an order through the app waited 10 minutes at the drive through and no one responded but they were inside just ignoring me. I paid for the order. Absolutely unacceptable.

I went through the drive that this evening and ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal and a shake. Upon arriving at home and giving the meal to my son, he bit into to find no meat. We opened the other “cheeseburger” to find no meat on that one either. I’m not sure what kind of “cheeseburger” comes with no meat when I made no alterations to the menu item. And forget calling the store as no one answers and it sounds like a fax machine. It was NOT busy, in fact there was no other vehicle in the drive through lane nor did I see another customer in the store. What a joke
