Was proud of this McDonalds. Have had many bad experiences in local McDonalds, but this one, food was done correctly, people we kind and even though they forget one of our apple juices, they added in an extra fry, so we were just fine. Things that were meant to be crispy were. Sounds weird, but you take the small wins that you can these days. This one is a little farther than the others to our home, but if we are doing McDonalds, seems like our best chance for a good experience is here, so we come.

Ironic that the one McDonald’s I had hope for in the entire Coweta/Fayette area ended up doing the most damage to that trust.
I ordered a double cheeseburger and received a disfigured single cheeseburger instead. I usually ignore small mess-ups, but I was close enough to come back inside and this was unacceptable. I only wanted to receive what I paid for, however, no one was at the inside counter for over a minute. When I finally explained the issue, I was met with a visible “are you serious?” look rather than basic professionalism. After the repeated mistakes I’ve personally experienced and the reputation I’ve heard about lately, this will likely be my last time dealing with McDonald’s.

I have never had a good experience at this establishment. Recently, I just waited in their drive through for 30 minutes while multiple cars behind me were served promptly. When I went in to speak to an associate, I was met with nothing but rudeness, and continues to wait an additional 10 minutes.

this is absolutely ridiculous. I have never gone to a McDonald’s and have had it half filled. it was over doordash so maybe they did it because im not there to say anything but how hard is it to fill it up. it’s almost like they did it on purpose or something because why am i paying for a large just to get a small. closest McDonald’s to my house so it sucks that i can never go there. why hire lazy workers if you want want to make money? you will continue to lose customers this way.

This McDonald’s is a hit or miss for night shift. But if you go during the day time or mid day you’re for sure to be satisfied. The young man who’s the general manager, you can tell he cares about the store and us, the customers. That’s refreshing. He’s always friendly and polite whether you go in the inside or if he’s at the window. There’s also this one bald guy. He’s pretty spectacular hisself. I think his name is Almond. He’s usually taking orders. He makes you feel right at home as well. Always a delight when I see him.
The reason I say it’s a hit or miss is because of night shift. If they had the consistency of the morning shift this store for sure would out rank everyone else. It seems to need a total revamp. Some days you go in there and the night manager is just loud. On her phone or just sitting around while everyone struggles. Not paying attention. There’s another manager but she just seems timid. The other workers just look lost and everyone seems discombobulated sort of to say. There’s this one boy, every time you come in there his britches are below his behind. Its disgusting. No one wants to see that. The only time I truly enjoy going at night is because of the manager Lisa. She’s so sweet. She can make you feel on top of the world. Anytime I see her I can guarantee you she’s serving up the customer service like she was a general manager as well. I’ve seen her on morning shifts so it’s kind of tricky to know when she’s working night.
Overall I enjoy the atmosphere. I just wish it was consistent. I guess there’s no such thing as perfect. I give it five stars because I see the potential.

I am so tired of what customer service has become since Covid nowhere is ever opened past 9:00 and all the workers think they don’t have to work for some stupid reason. I order for 5 people, pay $36, and I’m missing $20 worth of food. I don’t get any fries and I’m missing an entire Big Mac and that Big Mac doesn’t even have the ingredients I ordered on it. This doesn’t really matter but I wanted to add it on anyway cause I’m angry, they couldn’t even pronounce “Ian” correctly.

This McDonald was immaculately clean. Elaine took my order. Greeted me with a very warm hello my food came out hot and fresh. She even walked around the restaurant and asked everybody how that meal was. One of the best if not the best McDonald’s that I’ve been to

This location is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s fine, but most of the time the wait is way longer than it should be and the orders aren’t correct. My drink was flat and fries weren’t fresh on my last visit. I don’t expect perfection, but consistency would be nice. Giving two stars only because the staff is polite
