Burgers always made a mess here smh. Arch burger just ok. Seems mine did not have enough arch sauce. Could barely taste it. Overall, just tastes like a double quarter pounder with cheese with crispy onions and different sauce. Would not get it again. Burger alone came to $10.31.

Have ordered a couple times at this location through drive-thru, but recently had an order pick-up via counter inside of the restaurant. Overall, an ok experience but could’ve been better. Service was not very fast, especially being that the drive-thru and inside were not very busy and had very few customers. Staff was friendly, but some needs to be more attentive/aware to the customers waiting at the counter. Food was as expected, regular McDonald’s quality. Restaurant is very spacious but not entirely clean throughout. Ample parking available on property.

I was in a rush to go to my Daughters swim class so I thought to myself let me run through McDonalds to get dinner. I order a Big Mac meal. All I said was give me a number 1. I grab my food and go to the gas station down the block. I fill up my car and when I get back into the car I open my Big Mac and there is no lettuce, onions, cheese, or special sauce. I drive back to the McDonalds and go inside. There is no one at the counter and I have to wait almost 5 minutes to get someone attention. A woman who looks like a manager comes over and I tell her what happened. She asks me what I wanted. I told her I was looking for a regular Big Mac. She walks away with the burger I gave her. I wait another easily another 5 minutes and some guy comes to me with a bag with a Big Mac in it. I did not get any explanation or apology for my order being messed up. This is not the first time I have had issues at this location. I live right around the corner and I will say for certain that I will never eat at this location again. It has honestly turned me off of McDonalds all together. You are now paying “Shake Shack” prices for your food and it is not fast or good. The quality is way down and the price is way up. I don’t know why anyone shops at these places anymore. I have to assume that everyone is also in a rush to go some where and think this is the fastest solution which if you had to go through what I did it really was not fast at all. I also notice that half the orders they take are not ready when the person pulls up to the window and are told to pull up so they can service the car behind them. Do not shop here it is not worth it.

I used to go there for breakfast almost 3 times a week. Same order ,BEC MC Griddle and hot vanilla latte. There is a young staff have a bad attitude and always give me iced latte instead. And hot latte come out cold. I just don’t get it. Won’t go there again.

This location seems to also be getting the time study treat ment where every aspect of the restaurant is studied for efficiencies, food prep, cleanliness, customer experience and delivery. The food was typical McDonald high quality but the orginization shrinking the customer experience and ambience to a very bland experience which is good if your customers were robots vs encouraging customer loyalty by creating a welcoming stay a while , then returning again and again. They are also collaborating with Krispy Kreme which should help them but time will tell.

Went in here for takeout. The staff were super attentive and the service was great. Our order was ready in no time. We got our usual: McChicken, CheeseBurger, Large Fries and a medium hot Caramel Latte.
