Excellent food and a great value. Most items are large enough to split or bring some home for another meal. Wonderfully fluffy pancakes, quality burgers and my favorite, “Saturday night special meatloaf and mashed potatoes”! You can’t go wrong with this hidden gem!

I had Bert’s Benedict with hash browns. The Benedict was awesome with nice thick sliced grilled ham, but the hash browns tasted like old vegetable oil. The country potatoes would have been a better choice. Lots of food, nice and hot, and very filling. I enjoyed the glass block and the mini jukebox selection machines at every booth, like when I was a kid. The service was warm and friendly, and the coffee was very good. I recommend!

Food was ok. Wife’s pork chops tasted good but were tough. My bacon eggs and pancake were good though so no issue there. The place is pretty cool with old fashioned jukebox at the booths and a diner motife, but it could sure use a thorough cleaning, bathrooms too. We’ll probably go there again, we liked it.

Great joint to get some good food that comes out speedy quick. We were in and out in less than. 30 minutes. Highly recommend the Bert’s omelette. Also a favorite of many is crushed ice, they use that here! The inside looks like an old 50s diner, equipped with a person radio at each table, and wow is it neat. I couldn’t stop looking around. Definitely want to come back for lunch one day. The bathroom was clean and neat. I won’t just come back for the food or the scenery but I will also come back for the polite service that was on point that never let us see the bottom of our cups.

I visited this diner with a party of four, and unfortunately our experience was really disappointing. We were seated quickly, but that was the only positive part. We waited over 30 minutes and only received drinks — no food, no updates, and no apology for the delay. Our server never checked in with us, and we felt completely ignored while other tables who arrived after us seemed to be served first.
We ended up leaving hungry and frustrated. I understand places get busy, but good communication and basic service go a long way. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this diner based on our experience.

Great little diner! We went on a Sunday, but were promptly seated. Our waitress was a tad in attentive, but our food arrived quickly. Everything was cooked well and delicious. We will definitely return!!
