If you haven’t visited this little gem in downtown Winter Garden, you’re truly missing out! They have the most amazing homemade whoopie pies, croissants, and a great selection of coffees and teas. I first tried their treats at a party and was so impressed I had to come check out the shop for myself, and it did not disappoint.
The interior is absolutely adorable, and there’s a lovely outdoor space where you can relax with your coffee and pastry. Best of all, the owner is so kind and welcoming..she even took time to chat with my child and made her feel so special. My child said “this is the best hot chocolate ever!”
Such a charming spot with delicious food and wonderful people. Highly recommend stopping by next time you’re in WG!

We recently had Mandy design a cake for our first grandchild’s baby shower. It was a large shower. Our guest went crazy over the cake. I have not had a great cake since we moved to Florida nine years ago. This cake was better than any cake I’ve ever had. The icing was just amazing and the cake was the most moist cake we’ve ever had by a designer. Mandy also helped us in a last minute situation and now we are so glad that it happened. We have found our forever cake designer. She has a lot of baby birthdays to look forward to. I highly recommend if you have a very special event coming up, and you want the best. This is where you go. Thank you so much!!!

Absolutely loved working out of Ginger’s Baking Co in downtown Winter Garden the past few days! The lattes are fantastic—smooth, rich, and perfectly made every time. The atmosphere is cool, welcoming, and full of charm, making it a great spot to get work done or just relax. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home. Let me start off by saying the staff were the absolute kindness people. They were so welcoming from entering to exiting. I tried the chocolate whoopie pie. It was amazing. I tried an iced latte as well. The coffee was strong, but still good! Would highly recommend.

This is my favorite downtown Winter Garden spot! Gingers has all the essentials needed for a tasty recharge: high quality coffee, a nice variety of treats, and a comfy sofa. Mandy (the owner) was super friendly and went out of her way to make us feel welcome.
Oh and kids are welcome too… Our kids had apple juice and cookies while we “recharged”!

We cannot say thank you enough to Ginger’s Baking Company! Our son has allergies to eggs and dairy, and they took our concerns seriously, crafting a beautiful and absolutely delicious cake that he could enjoy safely. It meant the world to us to see him celebrating with a cake he loved, surrounded by friends and family. The cake was a huge hit with all the party guests! Wow! Took the first bite of the carrot cake whoopie pie and knew I had to write a review! So good, one of the best ever! And the gingerbread cookie too! Coffee was excellent and wonderful customer service, so friendly. They have breakfast sandwiches and adorable take away charcuterie boxes. They deserve 5 stars! ⭐️
