It wasn’t so much the help.It was the management.I had a problem with the app instead of helping me.I got attitude. The food wasn’t that great.I suggest if you’ve got any ideas that you want burger.King real bad.Just go down the street to So now I wouldn’t recommend this burger king at all. After what I spent in everything I was not impressed and getting attitude to boot
I go around to a lot of different restaurants.Because I’m on the road on contract jobs and I’m not bashful.You got a good place.I’ll put it down.You gotta place it sucks.I’m not gonna hold back

I’ve been here for the last week after I got dissatisfied with the other one
I have not gotten a bad meal yet. And they always have killer deals going on.
So I would recommend the one over here.I just suggested at 3030 6th street
Most of all , the the management and the team are really friendly the foods always good and consecutive. Bonus , and they have some deals going on big bonus

I do not recommend. Long wait times, despite it never being busy here. Employees seem to move in slow motion. Food is consistantly lackluster and I found a hair in my burger once. There are lots of better options nearby. At least it isn’t as bad as the McDonald’s across the street.

Tonight we ordered online. We sat in the car and ate. The ice cream machine was down says the snotty little dude on the r register who mocked me when I said ok thank u and started to walk out. He mocked me. And it was sad. He obviously is frustrated with something in his life.

Was absolutely awful had a ñíggër as our drive thru person their coffee was garbage didn’t even give use sugar like we asked and only 2 creamers when we asked for 4
(they weren’t busy we were the only ones there) they didn’t even cook the tots fully for breakfast and they left hair in our food bag black hair absolutely worst burger king ever and they need better workers

Me and my family went in here on Thursday around 5:20 pm. There was 2 guys in the back working and a lady named Maddie working the front counter. It wasn’t all that busy there was a few cars in the drive thru and we were the only people inside. We ordered 4 sandwiches, chicken nuggets and 5 small fries to go. Maddie was rude after we ordered our food, she looked at my husband who was waiting on the side of the counter for our food she ask “do you need something?” My husband said no just waiting for our food, she said “ok’ all snarky and rolled her eyes. After we got our food I noticed that our chicken sandwich was missing so I went back inside to get it. There was a guy ordering his food with Maddie. I stood on the side and looked at one of the guys who was working on the back, he nodded at me and I told him that I was just in there for our chicken sandwich. Maddie proceed to snap at me saying “their job is back there and I will get your stuff as soon as I’m done”. I’ve never been talked to like that by someone at this burger king. Normally most people who work are very nice, not Maddie. She was really rude serval times when we were nothing but patient.

I went in on my lunch break and the manager was in the lobby visiting, I heard her ask the young lady how her mom was, meanwhile , at least four people were waiting for their food and I hadn’t even ordered yet. The manager hollered to the busy staff for one of them to take my order. After a few minutes the manager went to the back and started yelling at the staff about what did they still need. She slammed food around. Her overall tone was that she was annoyed to be working instead of chit chatting. I felt so bad for the employees.

went bc i was sent coupons in the mail. the lady at the window took the coupon but didn’t add it to the meal, just took my card and didn’t give me a receipt. (the coupon was supposed to make the meal about half price.) i had just checked the expiration on it so i know it was valid for another whole month. i asked for no lettuce, no tomato, no onion on my burger, and it had onion on it. the tea tasted stale, like it had been made days ago. do not go here and pay ridiculous prices for inadequate food and incompetent staff.

Food was good, I was approached by a homeless guy before I entered the building, he was nice he was polite and was not harassing at all, he obviously has been suffering from mental illnesses for quite a long time, the man had nothing, while making my order the cashier informed me that I could not buy him anything I could not help him, that he had been 86’d from the property… Ok I understand he isn’t allowed in the building, for whatever reason, thats none of my business. But…. who are you to tell me what I can and can’t do ?? What does it matter to you what i do with the food I purchase ?? And most importantly who are you to try and keep food from someone who is struggling in ways most of us will never experience ??? It’s 90 degrees out and he has no water, no food and he is wandering alone with nothing, no purpose, and you have the audacity to try to block the bare essentials to survive? Whatever he did to get 86’d does NOT give you the right to tell your customers to not help him. This experience broke my heart, I really like this location but after this interaction im not sure I’ll be stopping in anymore. BTW the man didn’t ask me for anything, just made small talk. I was going to buy him food, but I chose not to give this business anymore of my money, I gave him the snacks I had from my road trip and bottled water and he immediately opened the snacks and started to eat.. I hope someone owner/francise see’s this and cares enough to address the issue. My cashier was a lady today around 430.
