Veal chop is great – the highlight is the mushrooms!! Sooooo flavourful
And the fried sticky rice is very unique and yummy too!! Same with the beef ribs tho!
Would love to come back again and try other dishes!
The pho here is fragrant and deeply flavourful but my absolute favourite detail is how they serve their rare beef in the pho. The beef is sliced just a bit thicker than most places so a nice chew is maintained. The beef balls are also a little more homestyle feeling than the regular beef balls you find in pho.
The pate with roasted garlic was also amazing and I would definitely come back just for that.
The restaurant is massive so despite how busy it always seems, you can almost always get a seat without a reservation.
We ordered B19 fish cake vermicelli and MN14 pomelo squid salad. Both dishes were light, refreshing, and well balanced, with a clean sweet-and-sour profile , very healthy and easy to enjoy, especially if you prefer brighter flavors.
We have small appetites and, as usual, finished one dish and packed most of the salad to go. If you’re looking for more variety, it might be a good idea to swap one dish for a soup-based noodle option. That said, we liked the food enough that we’d happily come back to try other items on the menu.
A nice extra touch: the washrooms are individual private stalls, very clean and comfortable.
One more tip : 10% off if you pay with cash.
Definitely recommend trying this restaurant to everyone who loves Vietnamese flavours. For us the must try items were the BBQ Chicken and the spicy beef and pork broth with noodles! What flavours! The service was quick, we got seated immediately and got our orders soon enough as well. The jasmine tea on the table is a good choice for the cold winter along with their warm pho broth. Definitely going to come back to try more of their dishes. This place is an 11/10 for us!
The interior design is superb — modern, cozy, and beautiful both inside and out.
The service was on point! The staff were attentive and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They were quick, polite, and everything came out promptly.
You have to try their Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk — super strong with a nice hint of cocoa. Absolutely loved it!
Overall, totally worth the price. A great experience from start to finish!
The food here was incredible and plentiful. The flavours fresh and vibrant. I had the special beef Pho and let me tell you, the broth (IMHO the soul of the pho) was so delicious. The lotus root & coconut salad had great texture with just the right amount of dressing. The wings and dry ribs were cooked and seasoned perfectly.
All-in-all, an excellent experience. A big thumbs up to all the staff at Pho Ngoc Yen 3. I look forward to trying some of their other dishes next time.
