Even though it wasn’t a busy place, the staff were extremely slow.
I thanked the long-haired, bearded employee who prepared my soup, but he didn’t even look at me.
The soup was also ice cold. This is the worst Panera Bread I’ve ever been to.
Overall, the staff here have a very negative attitude toward customers.

Where do I start,
Wow Panera has gone downhill.
Ordered a chicken sandwich and broccoli cheddar bread bowl. $32 with tip, when I received my order I noticed it was just a cup of soup and the sandwich when I asked where the bowl was they said it would be $2 more for the bowl. ????? I ordered the broccoli cheddar bread bowl, it’s in the name ” bread bowl” the 2 ladies and the guy started to argue that it would be $2 more and said they couldn’t do anything the other person charged me for.
It must have been shift change because that girl was nowhere to be found. Panera is definitely not the same and I’d suggest other sandwich shops around.

Please come here if you like hospital food at luxury resort prices. If bland is your bag, baby, then you’re in the right place. If you like disinterested employees serving you food that is just north of a 7-11 sandwich, Panera is your spot.

You gotta love Panera! So good! We went here for a quick bite to eat and drink while we were near the trail and it was great. It was a little busy inside. We got a Raisin and Berries Cookie and a bagel with cream cheese, when I got the Frozen Strawberry Lemonade. It was great!
The place also seems clean and there is a parking lot available out front.
So, to sum it up, great Panera. Will be back whenever I’m nearby!
P.S: Don’t forget to sign up for their rewards program to save a few bucks after a few visits!

This is a clean location and was actually fairly empty when I went at lunch time. There are no ordering kiosks here so either use the app or wait in line. Food I ordered was ready in adequate time and was very good. Plenty of tables at this location and parking close was ok. I would return if I was in the area again.

Tons of great seating here, great ambiance. They have a fire place and little nooks where you can fine a quiet and more private area to sip, eat, and relax. My food was great, super fresh, and well made. Coffee was hot and wonderful. Everyone has to try the cinnamon crunch bagel.Thanks!

It was really calm and quiet when I visited, which was nice because I had some assignments to work on. I used the kiosk to order because no one was at the counter, but it’s quick and easy so that’s not a problem at all! I was, however, disappointed by my food ($13 total).
I always get the same thing, so the difference in quality was noticeable to me. My macaroni was thick and cold, not at all like I am used to. When I would come during lunch hours it’s piping hot, loose, and very creamy. This mac was just warm, and very thick. I can normally dip the bread in the sauce, but it wasn’t really saucy and the bread was a bit stale.
It was nearing 7pm, so I can understand that quality declines near closing. I was just really wanting a hot bowl of mac to accompany my study session.

The back right seating used to be my secret corner of the world, but now it’s frequented by the homeless. Thx failed Denver government.
Anyways the staff here is always A1. Always accommodating, fast, and down to earth. WiFi while passable, could be better. Some SWAG graffiti in the bathroom.
Food is always consistent. They’ll make past menu items like the sierra turkey if they have the goods. HazelNUT coffee ftw!

Went to the Panera in riverpoint and found out something very interesting from Scott Shelton the manager of the store. Apparently if you join the sip club you can go in whenever you want and grab coolers full of ice, tubs of ice, 92 oz coolers full of ice and it’s all free because ” you are a paying customer. ” He is a very strange and petty man. There’s never anyone out in front of the store you have to do everything by yourself and the computer has the nerve to ask if you want to leave a tip. Anyway, Scott Shelton is not up to the task. He is a very weak person and not up to the task of speaking to anybody without sarcasm and judgment. It was a horrible experience not sure we’ll be going back. Unless Scott Shelton leaves. I saw the employees looking at us as we were speaking to Mr Shelton and they looked very pleased.

Opened late! Not all menu items were available and even the coffee station wasn’t properly prepped. I’ll probably never go back! Cheese steak sandwich was very good though!
