Horrible experience. This is my second time having the same problem. Attitude eye rolling an disrespect I only look forward to coming and getting my Dunkin ice latte and every time I say less ice, they never fill it to the top always leaving so much space… I would maybe understand if I said no ice but I ask for less and then when I ask for it to be filled up (because they always but to much ice) i get eye rolling , snatching , and laughing like kids . I am a manager at Dunkin myself for many years and this is just insane this is not what I taught my staff and I started to hate coming here. Last time I was here the girls were so rude and the coffee tasted like water . I don’t recommend coming to this location. It will truly ruin your day

Every time I come here there’s a really weird flavor from their toaster oven or grill. I’ve been going since they opened every couple months or so and they have not improved. Idk if they just need to clean it better but there’s always this really strange aftertaste to everything that’s really unappetizing.

I honestly can’t say anything about the atmosphere since I always go through the drive-thru. That said, the associates here are always very polite and helpful and today, when I ordered a muffin, the drive-thru person said they were out but suggested a few other items. This was great and I ended up getting a coffee roll. Even if they get an ordered mess up, they always apologize and fix it.
Ignore the bad reviews, some people will complain about the pettiest things.

Very centrally located in Fuquay V NC.
Went there around 4 PM and weren’t many people. Kids got ice cream from Baskin Robbin’s”very few choices though”. The sales person must be new as the ice cream fell from the cone after getting in kids hand . It was not stuffed in. No response to question ♀️. Bought another cone and had to teach how to stuff in

I ordered a hot drink, and the lid wasn’t even closed properly. As soon as I picked it up, it spilled all over my car the seat, center console, and floor are soaked. It’s frustrating to deal with such a mess just because someone didn’t secure a lid. Please train your staff to double-check lids before handing drinks out. Accidents like this are avoidable with just a little more care.
