If you happen to read this comment, save yourself some time and money. Do not go here. You’re better off going to 7-Eleven or Royal farms and grabbing something from there. The food from here is cold and effortless. There’s no point. You’d get better quality going to a grocery store and grabbing a frozen meal.

I was just here and I ordered croissant sandwiches and some hash browns. All of it was barely warm at all. What a waste of my time.

⭐ 1-Star Review – WORST Burger King on Earth (No Exaggeration)

I walked into this Burger King just trying to use a simple coupon — instead, I walked into the Twilight Zone of customer service. The manager on duty acted like helping me was a burden. No greeting, no professionalism, no problem-solving — just straight “I don’t want to be here” energy.

And if that wasn’t enough, here comes an employee (a young girl working there) jumping into the conversation — interrupting, getting smart, and acting like she’s the manager. Newsflash: you’re not. You’re an employee. And when a customer is speaking directly to your manager, the only thing you should be doing is your job, not injecting attitude into a situation that didn’t involve you.

This has got to be the worst-run Burger King I’ve ever stepped foot in — and I see exactly why this location is always empty. The vibe is off. The staff is rude. And the leadership? Nonexistent. Save yourself the frustration and take your money somewhere that actually wants to serve people.

Beware: If you’re looking for good service, respect, or even basic courtesy — this ain’t the place. I won’t be back. Ever.

The situation: the drive thru is located in the back alleyway of a strip mall. There was a construction crew actively working right beside the drive thru speaker, meaning that there would be no way for the server to hear my order.

So I did the logical thing and pulled up to the window so that my order could be heard. Except the server lectured me about skipping the drive thru speaker. Despite reminding him that the construction crew would have made it impossible to communicate, he said not to skip HIS drive thru speaker.

I picked up my mobile order and will not return to this location ever again.

Had the double burger deal.
The burger had a strange taste… may have been too much mustard. Had onion rings which are bits of onion in batter and not very good.
The manger who waited on me was helpful.

My husband and I were traveling for the Christmas holiday, we needed something quick and easy. We spotted the Burger King and ordered our food. The service was very good. The staff is friendly and attentive. Our food was freshly made and very tasty.

Whopper Jr. and fries. Bun was hard on one edge…like it had sat in the steamer for hours. Burger patty was lukewarm and like leather….also sat in steamer well past its sell time. Fries were not fresh….cold and flavorless.

Don’t go to this BK. Service is very bad and the they care nothing about the product they serve. Sassy, smart aleck kids who obviously have no sense of work ethic and take it out on the customer.

Tossed it and went to Wendy’s.

Weird smell in the lobby. Like dirty mop water. They also messed up my order and forgot the dipping sauce (the only thing that makes the cini-minis worth it. I hadn’t realized this until I got home and had to drive back to get it. I asked if the manager if they could throw in a free cini-mini or something so that it would be warm since I had to make a round trip twice and was flatly denied. The food quality was decent but this is only my third time ordering from them since moving here and they’ve messed up my order every single time.

Placed a mobile order and when I got there, there was one car in the drive-thru. After a little while a few more cars pulled into the drive-thru and placed their orders. I was told to wait for them to bring out my order. I saw 3 cars behind me get their orders before me. I waited 15-20 minutes outside in my car for them and no one came out. I proceeded to go inside and my order was just coming out. They were not that busy and took their time. Plus, my burger patties were cut all weird making it hard to eat because the patties kept sliding out.

Went there when it was slow, still took 10 minutes to complete the order. The staff seemed confused and incompetent. I saw one of the cooks put something in the microwave for a couple minutes and was hoping it was not my chicken sandwich, Sure enough it was because when I opened up the bun the lettuce and tomato was cooked, and the mayo was liquid. it was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen at a fast-food restaurant. When I showed the cashier, she didn’t even seem surprised and instead of offering me a refund she asked if I wanted it remade. I can’t believe they are even in business. Worst experience ever eating out by far. They should just close down if they let people like that work there.
