Ok so me and the hubby stopped in to grab dinner neither one of us have had Popeyes chicken in a very long time. OMG! Gross! Everything was bad! I ordered a 4pc with Cajun fries and Mac and cheese. My hubby ordered the fried pickles. So the fried pickles smelled and tasted like they were fried in old fish grease and was in the grease too long! Ugh! My mac and cheese was very mushy and so was my Cajun fries just soft and greasy! There was a girl who was putting the food in the bags was eating food while she was bagging everyone’s food! Everything was nasty and disgusting!

I ordered 57 dollars worth of food meals and the put all the chicken in one which was for different people. I called the restaurant and so rude. When you order meals it’s not supposed to come in one, lazy! I had to leave my house and bring the food back with no compensation for gas or time. I got a refund but still hasn’t hit my card and when I call they keep telling me 5-8 days which it’s been. I called corporate and asked them about this and all they want to do is give me a 20 coupon. But where is my refund for the food I brought them back? 57 dollars, all I want is my money. And mind you why was there people just sitting in the back of the restaurant in chairs not doing a damn thing

Hands down! This location has the best chicken! I’ve lived in this community for almost 20 years. I’ve recently purchased a home several miles away. Eventhough there’s a Popeyes a few minutes away from my new home, it’s nothing like the Popeyes in Jefferson Park. In fact, that’s the only location that visit that ALWAYS leaves me satisfied.
The chicken is consistently fresh, and the workers, cook, and staff, the
manager, Jonathan, are so friendly. It’s definitely worth going the 20 minute drive. I am always satisfied and leave feeling full, happy and smiling. Thank you to the best Popeyes in the city of Chicago. Yummy ….. love that chicken from Popeyes!!!

This location is extremely unorganized for only a few workers and customers to frequent. The restaurant is unkept, looks disgusting and dirty on the inside. There is no pride in their work or personal appearance. I would rather eat in my car then to sit in the restaurant to eat the meal. The meal was mediocre at best.

Bought Cajun fries. This is all I got for $4.70. I have to pay for sauce. The fries came cold and the lady didn’t wear gloves. Never coming back here or to ANY Popeyes. My eyes popped when I saw the little cold fries I got.

Talk about going above and beyond. They wrote happy thanksgiving on each sandwich bag. Ordered the day before thanksgiving to eat with friends because we all go home to our parents for thanksgiving, and so this was our little Friendsgiving get together. Very satisfied!

We ordered the box meal which came with pies and not once did they ever tell us they don’t have any pies. So we ended up paying for something we never got. When we tried to complain, the woman behind the counter just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. They didn’t get our orders right and made no apologies for their mistakes. Will never come back to this location.
