Had a mobile order and since it was such a beautiful day, took advantage of the outdoor seating area to eat my meal. The chicken bowl itself was on time and accurate to my order but the chicken was a bit over cooked. The outdoor seating area was pleasant other than the jungle bird call sounds (I believe it is an attempt to dissuade birds from gathering on the patio). Patio was dog friendly.

I ordered a chicken Quesadilla they scrapped what little chicken was left from the bottom of the bin then I said that’s all the chicken you got so they added some more witch still did not add up to a fair portion for even a normal and they tried to charge me for extra chicken so I walked out. chipotle has really gone down hill and gotten super stingy with there meat portions. The other day at the cherry creek location I ordered the same thing did not get charged extra chicken and the meat portion size was great.

Want to nickle and dime you for everything at this location. Can I get a side tortilla with my bowl? Thatll cost extra. That portion of cheese was super small, can I get a little extra? Thatll cost extra. Can I get cilantro? Thatll cost extra. Where does it end with you People. They used to not charge for any of those things. Just gonna go to Qdoba down the street now. My husband and I ordered for the first time since February. And for good reason; This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever had the displeasure of ordering from. Do not waste your hard earned money here. I had a bowl with 7 items in it and only got rice, beans, cheese, and lettuce. Not all chipotle restaurants are the same. This one is a great one! They are fast they don’t skimp you on when serving your food. Nothing is more annoying when places are so concerned about control portion that skim you on rice and bean and leave you feeling hungry after a meal. Not this location you for staying true to your brand love it here!

I was unable to get fresh black beans, so i went somewhere else. Was told I could get only dried crusty black beans since there is 1 serving remaining on the line. Employees were chatting about friends and stealing cars, grand theft etc.
