We came in close to 10pm on a Sunday so it was quiet, but the nice guys working took great care of us. Bowls made with care and we were grateful! For what it’s worth, we were able to park in the small lot on the north side of the building (not on Broadway), but I’d guess that’s pretty limited during busier hours.

We were on a trip to the mountains yesterday and my daughter accidentally ordered food to be made in town – 50 miles away – on the Chipotle app. When I got back I thought there would be a slim chance the order was still around but I checked anyway. They had tossed it. But remade the entire order so we could have fresh food for dinner!! 5 Stars to the staff at this location!! Happy Holidays to us!

I hit chipotle up 45 min before close and they are out of rice, cheese and half their meat options. The employee had no interest in checking the back or grabbing another case of any of those ingredients saying they’re out and it is what it is. I understand late dining and running out of things but almost with an hour before close it’s frustrating to make the desperate rush to a place hungry as ever and they don’t even have the bare minimum ingredients to fill half my entree. It’s the complete lack of effort or care that gets me. I come to this location for the sheer convenience but that will have to stop now.

My $18 bowl! The bag wasn’t shaken in the 5min car ride. There was a whole piece of avocado in my guacamole. Bad experience today; I never eat out and this is why. I like my food made with consideration. Presentation and portion size is unbelievable.

On a Wednesday afternoon, I ended up waiting 19 mins past the promised time. Then after waiting that long, my order was incorrect and the portion was so small it didn’t end up being even half the bowl…
Just chicken and lettuce. They didn’t include any rice, any sour cream, or cheese. All or which I ordered extra of.
Don’t be fooled, the pics look delicious af but chicken and some lettuce isn’t a meal worth 12 bucks

I tried calling the Chipotle on Broadway in Denver multiple times to place support me with large catering order—no one picked up the phone. After several attempts, I had to physically walk in and ask to speak with a manager.
Madeline, the general manager with purple hair, was dismissive and acted like helping me with a large order was a burden rather than a business opportunity. I was spending hundreds of dollars, yet her attitude made it feel like I was inconveniencing her.
She quoted me a price, but when I went to place the order, the cashier told me it was nearly a third more than what Madeline had said. No explanation, no apology—just confusion and poor communication.
To make matters worse, even though she knew the order was large, Madeline didn’t assign extra help to the burrito assembly line. The team was clearly overwhelmed, and the line grew to over 20 people before she finally added another person. It was chaotic and completely avoidable with better leadership.
I sincerely hope the franchisee owner sees this and addresses the lack of professionalism and customer service.

I give it a 2 only because the server had the most beautiful eyes. Outside of that the meat gave me an undercooked taste. I threw the food into the garbage I was to afraid to complain. But the server was great polite. I vowed to never return to this Chipotle.
