Terrible experience. Waited 20
Minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order. Only had two cars in front of me when I pulled up and they had already ordered. 10 of the 20 minutes I sat at the window watching them go in and out of my bags and the fryer without any gloves. The one staff that did have gloves on is touching everything with her gloves. They didn’t come to the window once to greet me or tell me they were waiting on food. I pulled off. Terrible service and didn’t want the food once I saw how much they were touching my items with no gloves and letting it sit. Completely unorganized and unsanitary

Went for breakfast. Drive thru operator was quick to respond when arriving. Very friendly at the window. Wait time was less than a few minutes. Food was piping hot and delicious. Ordered the breakfast bacpnator with tomato. Great overall experience.

The worst Wendy’s around. Every time I’ve gone burgers and chicken are overcooked. Chicken patties flat and chewy. I’d give zero stars for the food if I could. Pathetic. It’s your one job to cook food. Figure it out already.

Morning staff needs more people and a nicer manager. The “ethnic” lady running the show is rude to people who just want to come inside and pick up their orders, then gets mad at you for going through the drive through. Since that seems to be the priority, I decided to skip waiting inside and just pick up my already made food in the drive through. My food was literally sitting on the counter when I walked in, I got to stand there for 20 minutes staring at my own order, because she didn’t want to help me.

I’ve never had to call a restaurant to get the employees to answer at the drive thru. The food was tasty, but not worth the 10 minute wait for them to acknowledge us.

They have a Hispanic woman who works the drive thru in the morning she is very mean and I think she spits or does nasty things to people of color food. She is so rude to my son who eats breakfast there. They need to really clean this Wendy’s to the employees dress very dirty looking and they are not washing hands after dealing with cash and cards
