I bring lunch to my 95 year mom everyday. She loves hamburgers so I have been getting her kids’ meals from a different restaurant several times a week. This week it was Carl’s Juniors! She liked.tge cookies they provide the kids meals.

Robert and his team here at this Carl’s Jr work so hard..and so EFFORTLESSLY..my experience here today was up to par the customer service and the food was excellent… The lobby was very clean and so were the bathrooms. I usually go to the churn creek road Carl’s, but they closed a month or two ago.
Thankfully we still have three other Carl’s in out town.

Ordered a xl cali $5.99 burger and upgraded to a small meal and total was $11.23. Ridiculous that a small drink and small fries adds $4.50 to the meal cost.

The staff is very rude to a homeless man yesterday afternoon and later to a homeless woman, they both just asked for a glass of water… But in between the time that the employee threw the young homeless man out and then telling the young homeless girl no that she can’t have no water and to leave…. A guy and his girlfriend came in the restaurant and walked straight to the soda machine filled in igloo water jug full of ice and water talk to the employees and then left without paying for the ice or the water… In a little bit later a young black man that was there earlier walks in from outside after being gone for like 15 minutes walks right up to the soda machine fills up both his cups of ice and soda and walked back out and no one said nothing to him either…. I think that the employees that were working at this Carl’s Junior on the corner of eureka way and Court Street yesterday afternoon should be fired….. It is hot and all they wanted was some water did you guys ever homeless and had no money these employees were rude very very rude to them… And to literally let someone know come in and fill out their igloo water jug with ice and water and walk out without paying for it , is completely wrong and out of line…. I really like to talk to the corporate franchise that owns that Carl’s Junior on the corner of Eureka Way and Court Street in Redding, California…. What makes it okay for their friends to walk in and fill out the igloo water jug with water and ice and not pay for it and the homeless people that were just thirsty and wanted some water were treated very badly….. Those employees fired for their prejudice attitudes towards homeless people….you know

We visit Redding often.
When our business is finished and we are headed back home, we always make some time to stop at Carl’s Jr.
This particular location is clean from the parking lot to the dinning room.
We also very much appreciate the clean restrooms.
