Was our first time at a Culver’s. Really good burgers!!! Shakes and concrete mixer were also really good. Didn’t care too much for the chicken tenders. I loved the pretzel bites and onion rings.

Well, I must say that I typically like Culver’s. However this location left a lot to be desired. Although the staff was friendly and welcoming, the food was just okay. We spent over $60 feeding our family and when we tried to find a table to sit down at, half of the tables had not been cleaned and we’re very dirty. I had ordered a fish sandwich and found that it was lacking tartar sauce. I talked to the assistant manager and he told me that was going to be an additional charge for tartar sauce. I explained that I had just spent $60 on dinner and I’d ordered the sandwich and it needed sauce and he refused to give me sauce without me paying. I can understand if someone wants a sauce to dip their fries in or in addition to what should be on the sandwich but to charge somebody for something that should be on the sandwich in the first place that’s ridiculous. Needless to say they lack customer service. I will not be visiting this location again.

This Culver’s in Rifle, CO is hands down the best one I’ve been to outside of Wisconsin! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is amazing.
Yuli is a phenomenal employee — super friendly and truly goes above and beyond. She absolutely deserves a raise! It’s been a year since we’ve been back in the area and it’s amazing to see her here again. She is incredibly kind and always has a smile on her face.
Also, the new Garlic Bacon Burger is next-level good. Packed with flavor and cooked perfectly.
Highly recommend stopping here if you’re in the area. Clean restaurant, great team, and that classic Culver’s quality!

Service at this location was excellent. All the employees were genuinely friendly and checked in on us a couple times during our meal. The restaurant was clean and the food was fresh and hot. I would recommend this Culver’s to family and friends.

We stopped by here on our way to stay in the RV at Rifle Falls. I actually parked the RV at Arby’s because the parking was pretty full here, which is usually a good sign. 🙂 The food tasted good and is a guilty pleasure when we travel (since we don’t have one in Grand Junction YET?! Hopefully soon?).

It was a good stop until we get our order they put too much salt in there Burger and fries. Luckily when we told them about putting too much salt they change it that’s very nice of them. I appreciate the cleanliness in the restaurant and restrooms.

Weary from 10 hours on the road I stopped in here for dinner, I was welcomed by 2-3 people, the cashier helped me get the burger I really wanted (it was fantastic) and the bathroom was clean. I am so grateful to see people giving a dang, I’ll be back, thank you!

The Fries were perfect the burger was underseasoned. Poorly blended Strawberry milkshake. Timid clerk When Luta walks in you gotta have the charismatic character. Very basic suggestions when I was looking for a culver’s adventure. Slow service. Lacking the staff to handle the customer rush traffic. One clerk running drive orders and Dine in orders.
