I must said a few weeks ago I when there and i almost never went back. But i decided to give it another chance and when i tell you the experience I had this time! The Manager The big red guy I think they call him Que. The team was moving so fast I had by food before I can put my card to pay! The first thing was I order pies with my order and they told me it would be a wait, which is fine but then when I get the pies they were cold. One staff try to tell me they were fresh. I eventually received my fresh pies. Second I order red beans and rice but I didn’t receive the rice. The large Mac and cheese was only filled half way. I was very disappointed because I dint realize it until I made it home.

So my food was delivered paid almost 80 dollars for a 24 piece the chicken was old the rice in the beans was hard and I didn’t get everything I ordered if I had the power I would shut the place down forever cause the employees don’t care what they serve so why should a place like that still be in business fire the whole night staff cause they are not qualify to fix food fry food or give people fresh food easy job hire people who love they job and not giving people anything

A bunch of people that DONT want to work. Ordered a 3 piece tender, one of the tenders a was the size of a chicken nugget. I asked the toothless guy at the register if that was considered a tender, he said “I don’t know what they got going on back there” they sent my order out with no sauce for the tenders and no utensils. I asked for a Mardi Gras mustard sauce he said “we dont have that here” despite it being on the menu. I had to eat my mashed potatoes with my biscuit. Nowhere near worth what they charged for this meal. Terrible customer service and that bald mouth dude does not need to be working the front register.

I orders the 8 piece bundle I wanted it spicey was told that it will be five minutes which I was willing to wait for .i get to the window and employ told me they could offer me half and half with a manger present and she didn’t say a word my chicken was not fresh but my biscuits were, didn’t offer me my receipt so I didn’t get one

The cashier was very professional I received my order of spicy chicken biscuit cajun rice and red beans. There was only 6 teaspoons of Cajun rice in that little small cup next time please fill the cup up thank you, But other than that everything was good.

Terrible experience. Mobile order, arrived later than the ready time and although nobody was in line, they still hadn’t started the order. They then asked me what kind of chicken we ordered (while they were holding the receipt). Then stated they only had fries, no other sides at all. Ordered 2 ea two piece white mild, wife opened boxes while I was making the drinks. One has a leg and thigh, the other had a breast and leg. On a positive note, once we got the right chicken, it was delicious!!
