I wasn’t able to purchase a reuben at McAlister’s last night because they were out of corned beef. Today I called ahead to the Independence Kroger Deli and spoke to a very pleasant young man, asking if they had corned beef in stock and to my delight, they did! The young man I spoke to on the phone remembered me calling and helped me with my order when I arrived of corned beef and swiss cheese. He was very polite and quick to please! A big THANK YOU to this young man for helping me with a smile and I was able to enjoy my homemade reuben in the comfort of my own home! Independence Kroger is very lucky to have this young man on their team!!
