Got a number 11 (Chicken catina tacos) with fries, took a little while to get the food so on the way home I eat my fries (not even hot, just warm) I don’t want them to get any colder, get home, eat the nachos and then I go to open my tacos…they look horrible, one barely has any chicken on it and the pieces on it are not even chicken, just pieces of fat or chicken skin (i am not sure) both tacos are broken in the middle and the other one has no cheese on the taco. It was all melted to the paper. I tried calling,no answer. I know it’s late.
Go back and tell Bryan that he gave me no receipt and that I had eaten the nachos already but I wanted my money back for the tacos,he told me since I had eaten half the meal that I could not get my money back, only thing he could do was have them make them again,I told him i honestly don’t trust that they would be made correct the second time,if not the first. He basically tells me thats my only option. (At this point i am feeling like a bother so i fold) I get the window and hand him the bag so he can see how they look,he says i can keep them because they can’t do anything with them,I still give them back….I just want correct, not free. I get my second bag and Bryan tells me there are extra Acacado sauces……….ok.
I pull into a space to check before I leave this time (still no receipt) the “made correctly” were still terrible. One taco still has no cheese on the shell and the second was literally in pieces like it was punched and the cheese was holding its pieces together.
Go around a second time and tell him I need him to find a way to give me my money back because what the heck is this!? Literally show him the pieces and this man has the nerve to ask me if I know how they chicken Cantina Tacos are made………yea I do! Not like this!
I need my receipt and my money back…..he then says he can give me a receipt but he does not know how to give me my money back when I ate half the meal. He then tells me he can print out my receipt and tells me I can speak to a Sonya tomorrow, she is a manager and might be able to help me. So I left with NO tacos and no refund and have to HOPE that i can get some help……..tomorrow.

I ordered four 7 layer because I can’t reach family but I know they’re hungry and they all love the 7 no matter what. Drive thru guy says it’s not on the menu anymore, but before I even start to think about plan B he points out we can get there from a burrito supreme. Probably not a huge deal for him, but it saved the day with zero stress for me and I say give that man a raise.

I went thru the drive thru with 2 of my friends, and one of the dark skinned gentlemen working tonight was so rude. I didn’t get his name, but he interrupted my friend in the middle of his sentence when he was requesting something, and just flat out said “No” then told us to pull up to the window. He said they didn’t have enough change, so he just short changed me and walked away. Then when I got home, I realized he gave me 3 hard tacos instead of soft even though I specifically asked for soft instead of hard and he said yes. Even if I asked for hard tacos, they were soggy and falling apart. I dont know what his deal was but he straight up lied to me and just didn’t give me all my change back. Not going back at night anymore

I would like to take a moment to wholeheartedly commend Angel, an extraordinary employee at Taco Bell, for delivering what can only be described as exemplary and unparalleled customer service. From the moment I entered the restaurant, Angel demonstrated a level of professionalism, hospitality, and attentiveness that far exceeded ordinary expectations.

Angel greeted me with an exceptionally warm and genuine smile, creating an atmosphere that felt both inviting and uplifting. His demeanor was remarkably courteous, and he carried himself with a calm, confident composure that instantly conveyed competence. Throughout the entire interaction, Angel showcased an impressive command of multitasking, effortlessly balancing efficiency with a thoughtful, individualized approach to customer care.

The precision with which he took my order was nothing short of meticulous. He listened intently, offered insightful recommendations, and ensured that every detail was accurate. His communication was clear, articulate, and refreshingly enthusiastic—qualities that are increasingly rare in today’s fast-paced environment.

Moreover, Angel exhibited a truly admirable dedication to quality. When my order was prepared, he double-checked each item to confirm everything was correct, demonstrating a profound sense of responsibility and pride in his work. It’s evident that he possesses an exceptional work ethic and a genuine commitment to elevating the guest experience.

What stood out even more was Angel’s natural ability to make each customer feel valued. His positive energy was contagious, and his sincere attentiveness created a sense of connection that transformed a simple fast-food visit into an unexpectedly delightful experience. His professionalism, paired with an authentically kind personality, reflects both excellent training and an innate talent for outstanding customer service.

In a world where exceptional service can often feel like a rarity, Angel distinguishes himself as a true asset to Taco Bell. His diligence, charisma, and unwavering dedication to excellence make him a shining example of what outstanding service looks like. I left the restaurant feeling thoroughly impressed, appreciative, and eager to return knowing that employees like Angel help cultivate such a welcoming environment.

Taco Bell is incredibly fortunate to have someone of Angel’s caliber on their team. I strongly encourage management to recognize and celebrate his exceptional contributions—because individuals like him elevate the entire brand.

The experience at this particular Taco Bell was amazing from the start. We were greeted by an incredibly friendly staff immediately, and we placed our order shortly thereafter. The food arrived in a timely manner, delivered to our table, personally. It was an overall pleasant dining experience.

I only go to Taco bell a handful of times,on occasion I’ll have a craving for it.
When I do go it is usually packed!
Last time I went, my order was messed up,My food smelt burnt and something tasted off about my quesadilla (idk what but it was weird and I did not finish it) and it was cut like a child did it………I did not even go back to get a refund or get my food corrected because they were super busy and it took a while to get it in the first place. ‍♀️
This time I went and tried to get a quesadilla and tacos for the littles (the tacos were perfect!❤️) But THIS………WHO the hell is cutting/cooking these things? It’s not burnt but It smells burnt AGAIN and I am afraid that it is gonna be the same way as last time and I am afraid to even try it.
It does not make sense to me how anything was wrong with my food this time…….I was the ONLY person in there and a few cars in the drive thru.
On a lighter note, the manager and one of the guys who is usually at the register (or running orders) is super sweet but the quality of the food is gonna make it a No Go on my list.

On Sunday August 03, 2025 at 7:20 (approx) my family dine-in here. One of two of the best Taco Bell experiences in my life. Lettuce seemed more fresh than usual. It was like someone diced up fresh lettuce before we got there. Tacos were picture perfect. You could tell whoever prepared our meal takes pride in their work. The second best experience was in Merrifield Va back in 2009. Great job!

This store is nasty, unclean. My app says the order is ready so I went to the register still waited. No one in the register and no body seems care. They don’t wanna serve certain color people for sure. Racist place. As you can see in the picture no one filling up the napkins and other necessary things.
