Social Profile:

Spitony’s Pizza has been a family tradition since 1974. It was started by Spiro Chakalos and his brother Tony Harris. Putting their names together wasn’t the only thing they incorporated to make Spitony’s unique and successful. They merged their families into the entire daily operation which continues today, three generations later. We make our crust and sauce in house, fresh every day.

The cook make my Sausage Sub perfectly and with care. It makes a big difference when your hot sub is not sloppy by the time you get it home. Great job, Spitony’s.

Have thought about stopping here for awhile, and regretting now not doing so. We decided to get a large pizza from here. We was very happy with it. Plenty of toppings , just the right amount of sauce. The crust was thin enough and cooked spot on.
The price was affordable .
Spitony’s is a great “mom and pop” place and we will stop more often.

Will visit again. Great price, and delicious! Great mom and pop vibe that supports young businesses it seemed. Cool small business sticker graffiti on glass sneeze guards. Next time I go bringing some of my biz stickers 😉

The food is average. It’s not bad by any means. However, it isn’t great either. Prices are very fair for what ya get. The service was fast and friendly. I do love how it has a hole in the wall feel. The menu looks like something straight out of the 80s the booths are the same. I also feel like that’s the same oven they had when they first opened. To me those are all great signs of a little shop. Would I eat here again? Yes. Would I go out of my way for it? No.

The Food was amazing! Service great for counter service and employees all seemed positive and engaging! My one huge issue there’s a fake floral spice smell that covers the dining area! Please it really ruins the dinning in experience! If there’s heavy air fresheners or plug ins let’s say they don’t mix well with pizza! That authentic fresh baked pizza smell should be what surrounds people while eating! As is I likely won’t eat in again..sadly it’s got a cool vibe! Minus the smell it would be a five star!!

Arrived at 8:10 p.m. on Friday night and ordered a 14-in meatlovers pizza for $24.

My order got lost and I ended up waiting 50 minutes for pizza.

Very pleased first timers! My meatball sub was excellent, toasted bread but still soft. We ordered a bacon cheeseburger (not pictured but huge), potato wedges, buffalo wings & the chicken fingers basket. The Men working were friendly and laughing with one another and the customers while they worked & watched the game. Great atmosphere even though it’s not fancy. The reviews speak for themselves. Super happy they came up in my “Restaurants near me” Google search. We’re passing through after a college basketball game. So SAD that this place is no where near where we live! Keep up the outstanding job Spitony’s!!

They are celebrating 50 years in business. Gotta be good! Really is the best pizza in the area. A bit of a drive but it is well worth it. Not the best place to sit and dine and the traffic for take-out is constant. But the pizza is yummy!

Great food and service! Spitony’s is a favorite with my family. So fast too!!
On our last visit we ordered the steak and cheese (with pepper rings – this is a must!), large cheese pizza and fried broccoli. I honestly believe that this is the best steak and cheese in Warrenton! Fried broccoli is amazing with the cheesy insides. They were like cheddar broccoli soup stuffed inside a crunchy panko(?) crust. Absolutely scrumptious! We haven’t ordered anything that wasn’t top-notch. They have beer and wine too.
Notes for those who may have handicaps: the front entrance has an abnormal slope – best hang onto any wheelchairs. Sometimes people are right inside the door as the ordering counter is the first thing you’ll see when you enter. The sky reflects off of this clear door in a way that you really can’t see through it very well.
Side door has an immediate step down, but you can see into the restaurant from this door as it’s in the shade. This is all clearly marked – Thank you Spitonys!! The restroom is beautifully decorated with romantic lighting. It’s VERY roomy.
When it’s busy, it may be difficult to hear your number called from the ordering desk, but I believe they will bring your order to you if you ask them.
You can see into the tiny kitchen – I don’t know how they work so fast with many employees back there, but I’m sure this is why they’re so fast. They are a well-oiled machine!

Stopped in tonight and had a gyro (just ok) a hot dog (terrible. Really. ) and an eggplant parm sub (excellent)
I hate to give a poor review, but that hotdog was the worst. Get the pizza, it’s always spectacular.
