For starters, the venue is top-tier, and the atmosphere is impressive—especially for being the first of its kind here in Laredo. It truly has the potential for a fine-dining experience, but unfortunately, the food and service fell short.
Our server greeted us quickly, but the attentiveness expected in a fine-dining setting was missing, leaving both my wife and me feeling somewhat overlooked. The food and drinks also took longer than expected to arrive, and when they finally did, the quality did not meet the standard we anticipated.
I ordered the 30-day aged prime ribeye cooked medium well, and it was disappointing. The flavor was lacking, the meat was chewy and dry, and there was no tenderness to the steak. It tasted like a significantly lower-quality cut than what was advertised. The sides and mocktails were good, but for the price of the meal, I expected exceptional service and food across the board.
I had seen some negative reviews beforehand but wanted to give the place a fair chance. Sadly, I should’ve taken the advice. I truly hope this was an isolated incident because the restaurant does have potential, but as of now, I cannot recommend it.

First most, this place is amazing!! We tried all the cocktails and they were absolutely amazing! The braised rib is to die for! The mash potatoes and the Mac n cheese some of the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend it for the experience! Yes it’s pricey and if you are worried about that keep it moving. Noble runs circle over San Thelmo. Hands down I believe Noble is one of the best places I’ve ever been to like overall.

My husband and I came in as a walk in during happy hour and had an amazing experience. Oysters were the best i’ve ever had and imported fresh. They have a variety to choose from and each kind has its own distinct flavor. Definitely gave a luxury vibe, drinks were very good, service was great, and food was delicious! Would recommend for special occasions hope to be back soon.

I’ve had the pleasure of dining at Noble twice now, and both times I was fortunate to have Alfonso as my waiter. Noble itself is such a beautiful restaurant, elegant atmosphere, delicious food, and such a welcoming vibe but Alfonso truly elevated the entire experience. He was attentive, engaging, and made our table feel so well cared for while also keeping the energy fun and lighthearted. Thanks to him, my friends and I had an unforgettable time. We will most definitely be returning!

The place is nice and very beautiful inside. The food is delicious, but the servers definitely need more training — starting with something as simple as opening the main door. My husband was on crutches and I had my hands full, and no one even offered to open the door for us.

When we asked for extra napkins, we were told they could only bring one because they were “low on napkins,” which didn’t seem like a necessary comment to make. I was a bit unsure about coming in because of the reviews, but I’m so glad we decided to celebrate our anniversary here. The service was excellent, the food was absolutely delicious, and the cocktails were perfectly balanced. The atmosphere was beautiful and made the night feel extra special.

Loved this place! We had the arugula and avocado salad, hamachi, and aguachile de queso — all so good. The hamburger was awesome, and the duck fat truffle fries are a must. Drinks were great too, especially the Hugo and Empress Spritz. The vibe is amazing, and the decor makes you feel like you’re somewhere totally different. Definitely coming back!

My husband and I have dined at many steakhouses where the experience truly matches the price. Unfortunately, our visit to Noble last night to celebrate our wedding anniversary was a huge disappointment.
We started with an appetizer that was amazing, which gave us high hopes. However, after waiting about 45 minutes for our entrées, things quickly went downhill. I usually order my steak rare, but since I’m 4 months pregnant, I ordered it medium for safety reasons. When my steak arrived, it was completely RAW, not rare, but undercooked to the point of being unsafe. I know the difference. I informed our server, who kindly sent it back. When it returned, it was still raw. Even the server acknowledged it and offered to take it back again.
As someone who is pregnant, this was a major health concern. We are not the type of people to send food back, but this situation felt unsafe and unacceptable. My husband’s steak was also not cooked to his liking, he ordered medium rare and received rare. In the end, all I was able to eat were the asparagus and mashed potatoes.
We also ordered “charred” broccolini, which was not charred at all, it was undercooked and lacked flavor. Dessert was delicious, but we were disappointed that there wasn’t even a small gesture acknowledging our anniversary, despite informing both the host and our server that we were celebrating.
Overall, it was an expensive meal for mushrooms, arugula, mashed potatoes, and asparagus. Sadly, I ended up asking my husband to stop for fast food on the way home.

Everything was amazing and the service was excellent! The only thing was that I got chicken and it wasn’t that good! But I should have known better to get chicken in a steakhouse! My husband got a short rib and it was huge, I had a taste and it was amazing. Also, mocktails were delightful.
