Stopped in on a Sunday morning to grab about 15 5 dollar gift cards. I was greeted with a smile and by name, it is always nice when you are recognized by the staff of any establishment you attend. It was a quiet morning with not many customers in sight. But everyone was busy and cheerful.

I’m going to start off by saying that I normally do not write reviews, but as I was grabbing dinner after my shift I decided to go to this McDonald’s around 8:00-8:15, there was only one person up front he was very nice and young , had lots of respect and was very fast and consistent. bagged my food correctly and my fries were surprisingly fresh. It was also very slow anyways because of the storm but, I will be returning.

Great service and always consistent! The food is fresh, the fries are always hot, and the staff is friendly. Perfect spot for a quick bite when you’re on the go. Definitely appreciate how clean and welcoming this location is!

Fast food yet they ALWAYS have you pull up to wait 5 min in a parking spot and constantly get the order wrong! The workers are always miserable too except the one lady who is at window 1 shes really nice

The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because 75% of the time they don’t mess up on your order and do give you the sauces you order.
The reason this McDonald’s is the top 5 worst in Maine is there is no order that you won’t be waiting 15-20mins for. It’s like going out to eat in a regular sit down restaurant but the difference is you drive in a circle, park and then get your food 20 mins later and drive home with it.
Also, the parking for pick up(which they make you sit at for 20 mins regardless of order) is not in line with the drive through and you have to circle the restaurant again after they tell you to wait.

Food was normal. The dining room was dirty. No napkins. The main cashier just yelled at coworkers and seemed like he didn’t know how to communicate well to his coworkers or the customers.

Everyone was so sweet here! I ordered apple slices but didn’t see them in the box or the bag, they gave me one, but after pulling out all the food I noticed it was under my burger box. I went back in and offered to pay for the extra bag but they said it was no big deal and let me keep them. It was kind, which is rare now.

Three times in the last month I have ordered a frappe on my app just to be told their machine is being cleaned or down. The app needs an update that will let you know if something is unavailable. Nothing worse than driving somewhere to pick up your order only to be told they don’t have the capacity to make the things on their menu. Not only did I waste my gas but I wasted my time… For the third time this month. Get it together! You are a multi-billion dollar corporation. Fix your machine so people can order frappes and McFlurries… Otherwise take them off your menu!
Update: Here we are 6 months later and the ice cream machine STILL isn’t working at this location.
Update #2: Well here we are a year later… We are in the tail end of summer and I have yet to be able to get a frappe from this location this season. I just tried again and as usual was told that the frappe machine is down. I don’t know if they just have a bad owner at this location who won’t fix it… Or if the staff doesn’t like making them? Maybe they turn the machine off early because they are pain to clean? I don’t have the answer but I wish I did. It’s crazy work not having your frappe machine operational… during the summer particularly! I feel like NOBODY reads these reviews and the owner just doesn’t care.

This is quite possibly the slowest fast food drive thru I have ever been too. My daughter’s happy meal was cold along with her apple slices being opened and having some sticky substance on them. I sat at the window waiting all the while had to keep telling them i didn’t order the food I was handed. Seems they need better management and customer service skills.
