If you are employed in food service and refuse to assist customers, the. You should not be employed.
I don’t go into restaurants to use a kiosk then receive attitude when it’s not helpful. If I’m forced to use the kiosk, I expect the kiosk to be paid more than the failure of an employee working there.

DO NOT GO HERE! Manager/Owner has mangled up a famous name in ice cream. The freezers work off and on, the ice cream is questionable in how long it’s been sitting there and maybe from taste and appearance expired(?). The staff not paid enough to care. The Oakland County Health Department should inspect this place like yesterday! Usually only 1 person there so no service

Don’t walk in 20 minutes before they close. The skinny girl with the headset almost broke down into tears, all because she had to do her job! A group of customers walked in behind my kids and I, and where told very rude, and loudly they had 5 minutes to make their mind up on what they wanted. They walked out! We were served our shakes and the door was locked before we could get our straws. God forbid you cause them to work until the minute the shift ends. Lazy and rude!

Update: Jan 24. Stopped by again for prepack, staff told me they are getting a remodel and there will be no more Baskin-Robbins ♀️
Only had maybe 10 choices of ice cream and what I did take home had old frozen bits. There were no prepackaged quarts to buy. Service was very nice but yuck!!

Attendants were nice, but frozen stuff was old and disgusting. The sherbet looked like it was oozing from the top. The remaining ice cream was clearly frozen multiple times based on appearance and taste. I’m curious how this place is still open.

WORST a management there is. I could not get in contact for almost 24 hours with any manager to talk about my cake order that they did not make correctly. The wrong color and wrong size for my daughters birthday. We did not have enough cake to feed for her birthday party because they gave me a 9in instead of a full sheet which I paid for was the full sheet and no one would refund me or make me a new cake with a little over a day notice. Completely ruined my daughters birthday and my first experience on buying cakes there, I will never go back.

Awful experience. 2 young kids working alone. Neither of them knew what the heck to do. Waited 16 minutes for my iced latte and the kid literally hands me a cup of milk with a glob of flavor concentrate floating in it… Then asked for a refund and they made me wait even longer to assist a drive through customer, there were 2 employees, one could have taken care of my needs. I was kind and gave them helpful advice to help them out and one kid says “I know what I’m doing, we just get busy….” there were 2 drive through customers and myself in 20 minutes. Awful.
