The food isn’t bad. If you go inside, be prepared to wait at the register for a while. They do their best to ignore you when you’re standing there. This location as a dump. They let homeless people hang out in there all the time. They come in and just take drinks from the machine. I would say this place has management issues but I don’t think there’s a manager here. If Dave Thomas ever saw an operation like this place, he’d have closed it down immediately.

Rough ol’ experience this was. Staying at the Palms Place tonight, and my wife and I step out for a quick late night snack. Make a mobile order and pick up through the drive thru. Ordered a 10 pc regular nugget, a chicken sandwich, a vanilla frosty, and a chocolate frosty. When I’m handed the Frostys, I notice they both look vanilla. I’m told they are out of chocolate. Would have been nice to know when we first pulled up, but it’s fine. Get back to the hotel room, bite into a nugget and they’ve given me spicy. Not a fan of spicy, but it’s fine, I’ve got a Frosty afterwards to cool it down. Except I pop open the lid and frosty has the consistency of foam! Camel’s back broken. Why are our Frostys foam? How does this even happen. I get it’s about 2 hours til close, but….please maintain SOME standards?

I just went thru the drive thru at like 10:30 this morning and had the most pleasant experience! The cashier was so bright and friendly and honestly made my day better not to mention the lady outside changing the sign over to lunch smiled and waved and said they would be right with me! These ladies deserve a raise, the world needs more kind people. Thank u for making me smile today!!!

This location has gone down. Came in tonight and cashier named Denise was super rude if she doesn’t like her job she should go get a new job. I would definitely not recommend coming to this location they are always short staff and food is not prepared correctly

Dining room was disgusting and dirty. Completely empty. Food tasted old and was cold. My friend took hers back. But the service was great. She was very friendly. If not for her the place would be out of business!

I like that s Wendy’s as it has that new soda dispensing machine. Which means there are lots of choices for customers who prefer soda that has no calories or no caffeine. Service is very fast as the 2 young servers are very focused and hardworking. Although the lineup is long the former d comes out very fast. Unfortunately the chilli is not hot, only warm at its best. But then the servers are very helpful. They microwave them for us. Fries and the nuggets are hot and tasty. I’ll definitely return to this location.

Very good experience compared to service station nearby where service was horrible. Kind and considerate cashier. Other workers too were helpful in getting orders out. Very clean inside and outside. A few people were just hanging out near the entrance but they didn’t bother patrons.

MANAGER WAS HORRIBLE!!!!! Cashier was on his first day of training on the job. And that is OKAY, we all have to learn somehow. But the woman training him (I assume the manager), EXTREMELY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. I have never met someone so damn mean to a new employee, or any employee in general. She needs to get off her high horse and stop acting like she’s better than everyone because she IS NOT, she is worse. The food was great. All employees were great aside from her. She had a weed leaf and star tattooed on her right arm. Short blond hair, close to a buzz cut. She needs to be released from her position.
