Had a lunch date with my girlfriend and the food was amazing. Super fresh, decent portion sizes, and the taste was phenomenal. I got the Schnitzel Cubana and my girlfriend got a French Dip. Definitely recommend and I’m excited to come back to try dinner.

My wife, Jessica Thomsen, say it best in her Facebook post! It was one of the best meals at a restaurant that I’ve ever had, and she said the same. Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. We highly recommend Nolabelle and will be back!

A gem of a spot. Happened by there and had dinner and was glad we did. Based on some reviews we tried the Brussels sprouts for an appetizer and they had lots of flavor. For dinner thebshrimp and grits were top notch and I had theb
pork belly sandwich and our kid got the French dip. All solid choices. And fries were amazing and homemade chips are worth getting.

This place is overall great. I had a spicy chicken sandwich and it wasn’t spicy at all but the chicken was crispy and juicy. Fries were crispy and well seasoned. We came as a group of 7 around 2:30PM and there was no wait. My wife got a French dip and it was great!

I’ve been coming here since the very beginning, and it’s time this place gets the credit it deserves. If you’re looking for a spot where quality and care are the priorities, this is it.
I’m a firm believer that a small menu means the kitchen has mastered every single dish. They focus their energy on perfecting a few things rather than being “average” at many.
The staff is always upbeat and clearly proud of what they serve. On the rare occasion a dish isn’t perfect, they replace it immediately without any awkwardness or hassle. You never feel like an inconvenience here.
Also, they have THE BEST cappuccino in the area. Order it with your dessert. You won’t be disappointed!

P.S. I have to mention this for posterity, their tables have been washed with a sort of cleaner that makes them sticky. Would be great if they replaced them as this is a nuisance.

A 10/10 hands down. Extremely clean restaurant. I loved that you could see the kitchen which was clean. The ladies were amazing, and our server was kind and super sweet. The cooks did phenomenal with the flavor of the food to the plating of food. Super impressed and satisfied with service.

This has to be one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We arrived a bit early for our reservation and noticed several open tables, but the staff still made us wait—which was frustrating, but we were patient. Once seated, things started off smoothly: we got our drinks and placed our order without issue.
However, after that, everything went downhill. We ended up waiting over 40 minutes for our food. When I asked our waitress about it, she said it still wasn’t ready. What made it worse was seeing other tables—who arrived after us—already eating or leaving. When our food finally arrived, it was a huge disappointment.
The meals were cold, clearly sitting out for a while, and my toast was burnt. While the ingredients seemed decent in quality, the poor execution ruined it. By the time we finished, the restaurant was closing, and I didn’t feel comfortable complaining—though I definitely should have.
Overall, this was not a pleasant experience. The long wait, cold food, and poor service left a bad impression. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to others.

We were seating the bar area on a high table. Our server covered a lot of tables so it took a while to get our order. We Ordered the strawberry lemonade, roasted brussel sprouts, Buffalo Chicken tacos(too much sauce covered that covered the avocado crema very drippy and hard to eat)and the miso honey glazed pork chop over rice cake and bok choy.
The bathrooms were clean!

We are not in Mankato a lot, so we are not very familiar with the restaurants here. Nolabelle was one of the first ones to pop on my Google search, so we decided to try it.

I am so glad that we tried this restaurant because it was so good! We went during lunch, so it was not busy. Also, everyone was very pleasant. We were seated right away.

My husband ordered their burger and upgraded it to fries from chips and added cheese and thick cut bacon. I ordered the lamb stuffed pita. We also had the chocolate beignet for dessert.

According to my husband, the burger was juicy and cooked just right. Right amount of pickles! My lamb stuffed pita was *chef’s kiss*. The tzatziki sauce was perfect, and the meal also came with arugula salad. Did I mention that there were homemade chips? Yup! I was full. For the beignet, they were perfect. Just the right amount of sweetness.

Highly recommend going to Nolabelle!

I find Nolabelle to be the best food and dining experience in Mankato. I love the variety of choices in food, the evolving menu, and that I have never had an item I did not enjoy. I have yet to order the same item twice, as I find myself wanting to try all of their offerings. My significant other and I try to make it there at least once a month.

The staff has always be friendly and helpful in anyway they can be. When we have gone with large groups, they have been attentive and shown patience to all, including the small children. And when my significant other and I have gone for special occasions, they have allowed us our intimacy. The owner is often visible, present, and contributing to the staff as much as she can. You may see her cooking, bartending, busing tables, or even seating those who walk in the door. She has been nothing but kind and respectful in her interactions with all that I have seen her interact with.

Overall, I can not highlight this place enough, as there is limitless reasons to venture to Nolabelle. One will be hard pressed to find another establishment in the greater Mankato area that has as good of food, atmosphere, and staff as Nolabelle. You will never go wrong when you choose Nolabelle, and I hope to be visiting there well into the future. Nolabelle is unparalleled and unrivaled, with no contemporaries in the greater Mankato area.
