Went to Paragon Cafe today; it was cute, service was quick and friendly, food was great!
I initially went here because myself and some fellow Missileers had an opportunity to escape work for a bit and we weren’t disappointed! I picked this place specifically due to being listed as a woman-owned business and LGBTQ+ friendly.
Some kind patron paid for our meal and we were very appreciative—whoever that was, give them our many thanks!!
I plan on coming back soon with my spouse in tow!

Stopped in while traveling with Family at about lunch time. Very reasonable prices, and the food came out, quick and hot. Not a lot of frills in this dining experience, but it’s these types of cafes that take me back to better times. Paragon Cafe provided us tasty, traditional breakfast food, and a unique dining atmosphere from cafes of yesterday.

I haven’t been here in a very long time, but I nearly lived in it as the proprietor, Connie, was my best friend for decades. She ran it herself with little help & now runs it with her daughter, Chrissie. Not having been home for a while, I imagine by now her grandchildren also help her out. If you’re looking for homestyle cooking, the Paragon will supply you with great food, good coffee, homemade rolls, friendly staff & yes, even a bit of love. You can taste it in every bite & every hearty laugh that rings out in the cafe. My only complaint is she’d never make me cream of mushroom soup. You know you didn’t, Gibson! 😉

I’ve had many plates of great home……and I mean home cooked tasty plates of stomach satisfaction food here. It’s not a gourmet cafe, but a great place to fill your tummy for a very good price.

Food is good. The menu is simplified as you order each item separately. My patty melt came as the sandwich with a few pickles. This makes it easy to get you want easily. Friendly staff.

I Summer birdied in N. D. 2015. This was my Wednesday refuelling spot. Food was always good, staff friendly. Like your family treated in there. Great food & prices. I do recommend this cafe.
