Best summer restaurant! Burgers and classic homemade bbq sauce on top of shaved pork, ham or beef. Great fries, and milkshakes. Hand scooped or soft-serve ice cream and sundaes. We go multiple times a year with the whole family including our dogs and eat outside. Great place!

So, in the past, I’ve been a huge fan of Freeze and Frizz, but it was very disappointing!!! We ordered a Kids Vanilla soft serve, which was $3.70 for maybe 2 Oz of ice cream!! They should be ashamed of themselves for charging what they do and offer basically nothing. I got a $7.75 sundae, and an 8oz cup was barely filled halfway with all whipped cream. We’ve been a huge fan for years but will stop going and try other places since shrinkflation has hit Freeze and Frizz. There are too many options in the area to cheat customers. I’m sorry, just being honest.

Nice place, food is fairly good, the double cheeseburger tasty. The onion rings were somewhat overcooked. I have eaten ice cream here previously and the ice cream was delicious, this is definitely a go to place for ice cream in my opinion, should have taken the photo before I ate the cherry on top.

place is great except for the heavy set girl with tattooes that was working the counter sunday night. no greeting, no how can i help you. mad that that i asked for ketchup on my burger. instead of telling me nicely where i can get ketchup at she goes “well the ketchup is over there stop asking for just cheese and ketchup”. just a very rude girl that shouldn’t be working the counter

Ice cream is good there and a nice place, but watch out for the manager named Amanda, she speaks to the kids like they are her slaves and with no respect. She belittles them, She is very rude and only speaks to them if there’s drama involved. There has been other workers that said she is rude and disrespectful and she’s yelling at the younger girls than anyone else and makes disrespectful remarks . She is not professional at all.

The cutest little local spot to stop for quick food or ice cream! The staff are always friendly and prompt and it’s very clean! We still have to try out the food (I’ve heard the cheesesteaks are great) but the ice cream is delicious, with soft serve and hard serve offerings. One of our go-to spots in Lancaster for a true drive in experience!
