Me and my boyfriend decided to have Arbys breakfast for the first time today and usually whenever we went for dinner it was always great, the service is amazing but he got the chicken biscuit and when we got home this is what it looked like, no chicken actually on it, it was hard as a rock.

LarderRoom…On the way home from work the family is always down for Arby’s. Just so happens it’s located in Wilmington, OH between my work and the house. Perfect. The service is always fast and accurate, and the food is hot! We had to try the new Fish Sandwiches, Classic and Fiah N Cheddar, and now they have them 2 for $6 (mix or max). Win win. Drive thru always moves along quickly! I will be back.

I ordered this arbys through doordash. The experience was less than ideal. Usually its decent but come on. 4 out of our 6 sandwiches were made wrong. 2 double roast beefs were singles. Ingredients not taken off a different sandwich and BOTH fries were missing. The only things right were 2 ham and Swiss sliders and the drinks. Please can we pay attention to orders?

Got the chicken biscuits 2 for 3.00 was real bad chicken over cooked and harder then I should be but for price wasn’t bad liked the biscuits them selves but they raised them to 2 for 6
00 and they are no where worth that for the chicken is small and end hard as a rock so scratch Arby’s for breakfast any how they could do much better

I’ll be honest. The people in this town are hard to please. The food here is amazing and definitely not worth 3.9 stars. I used to have a bad bias toward Arby’s as I tried a brisket sandwich without any sauce and thought it was horrible. About 5 years later I tried it again and it was the best sandwich I’ve had in a long time (remembered the sauce this time)

Walked into Arby’s craving something simple. Just two chicken wraps. That’s it. Two little tortilla pockets of peace. But fate, my friends, had other plans.

Enter: Karen. Mid-50s. Frosted hair. Sunglasses indoors. Sporting a yoga outfit so tight it was spiritually aggressive. She was in line ahead of me, and apparently the concept of “waiting” didn’t apply to people whose husbands own a boat.

She ordered half the menu and then—then—had the gall to look at the cashier and say, “Oh, and he can wait. I was here first.”

No. No, I wasn’t.

I cleared my throat in a polite-but-I’m-not-playing way. “Ma’am, I just want two chicken wraps.”

She pivoted like a Bond villain. “Excuse me?”

I locked eyes. “Two. Chicken. Wraps. That’s it. You ordered six beef-and-cheddars, a Jamocha shake, and a diet Dr. Pepper. I will perish in line if you keep going.”

The cashier, bless their soul, nodded and slid me into the queue. Karen let out a sound somewhere between a cough and a dolphin scream. I accepted my small victory.

Moments later: two perfectly wrapped, warm, tangy, crispy-chicken miracles landed in my hands like a gift from the Fast Food Gods. I sat down, opened one up, took a bite…

Transcendence.

That honey mustard hit my soul. The lettuce was crisp. The tortilla was soft and just kissed by the grill.

I don’t know what mountain they harvest that seasoning salt from, but I’d die on it.

Sure, the journey began with a duel of wills and a woman who probably reviews throw pillows for sport. But the destination? Perfection.

5 stars.
The food was awesome. The start ensured too much.

I tried to find out why, when ordering Arby’s Sauce x4 on Door Dash or through Drive thru, we’ve never received it.
I was hung up on. They were not busy when I called. This could have been reconciled easily. So easily.

Stopped in to get a French dip and Swiss on my break from work. Opened my bag and no dip was included unfortunately I could not go back considering I had a limited amount of time to eat. So I decided to call the store and let them know about the incident. I spoke to a woman named Mary who informed me she was not going to fix the issue, but rather give me dip? I had already drove all the way there and all the way back to work and the solution was to replace the dip? I tried explaining that I couldn’t come back and she rudely told me the only thing she would do is replace the dip. So I was just letting everyone know this Arby’s is not willing to work with you, but rather make you feel bad about them messing up your order! Thanks Mary and Arby’s!
