There’s plenty of so called high end burger joints in Savannah but none compare to Five Guys. They get it Right every time and all of the ingredients are fresh. Service is fast and any mistake is corrected promptly and generously. Most important, the sandwich is assembled with care.

It was only myself in a couple in there. The french fries had way too much salt. I had to wipe each one off as I ate it. I regretted getting everything on the burger. Sauteed mushrooms do not go with the burger like that and too sloppy. Otherwise the meat was good. Definitely overpriced.

Haven’t been here for years, so I couldn’t remember what to expect. Went inside to order food to go. Staff is very friendly, professional and extremely efficient (visited today Dec 21, 2018 at 3:15pm).
Ordered 2 of the little burgers, loaded with everything – basically it’s a small whopper, tastes a little better. Costs about $8 ! Prices are high – for 2 burgers, a small drink and small fries I paid $18! Ingredients were all fresh. Also had the fries…flimsy and greasy, basic fries.
So all in all I’ve got to rate this place a 3 based on:
5 star for service
3 star for food quality
2 star for price

After 3 years I still refuse to go to this location due to their overcharging of patrons and giving Five Guys a bad reputation. There is no excuse for falsely advertising prices on your board and then charging customer a lot more than what is posted.

Their excuse was that they didn’t get the stickers yet to cover the old price with the new. Then proceeded to tell me that it was useless to call the corporate hotline because they don’t own the place. I proceeded to inform them that they are using this company’s name and resources, along with the company’s culture, therefore false advertising is not an acceptable thing to do under their company name. The guy proceeded to argue with me over it, not caring that false advertising is a violation of consumer law. And since he refused to refund my money, I was forced to take the food that I was blatantly overcharged for and leave. I’ve been to many Five Guys locations across several states and this is by far the worst one in the entire franchise. It’s franchise owners like this that cause companies like Five Guys to get a terrible reputation.

We stopped here in our way back to Florida. Employees were all following safe food handling practices however live roach came onto the floor in the customer eating area. Seeing dead bugs although unsightly is stomach turning at any Restraunt, seeing live ones makes you very nervous. I should have just got an immediate refund and left. 2 stars because of the visible
