Do not go to this restaurant. The service is terrible and the food quality is poor. The place is dirty, with cockroaches throughout the restaurant and even in the bathroom.
They are also dumping grease into the sewer and trying to cover it up instead of properly maintaining their grease trap.
I have eaten there a couple of times before, and from the video circulating online I recognized the person dumping the grease as the owner, Vu. It was not an employee.
Businesses should be responsible and pay for proper grease trap cleaning instead of illegally dumping grease into the sewer.
The best location was the one by mall 205 but sadly they closed their doors. They had the best quality food and service. Timmy was the best!

We came here for the first time last night and were SO impressed by the quality of food and the friendliness of the staff. We have tried many sushi places that have a belt (our standard for great sushi) and never have we gotten such great service, beautiful presentation of our rolls, and the waitresses were so fun and engaging. Everything we ordered was amazing, but the calamari was out of this world and the rainbow roll was so fresh and delicious. We can’t wait to come back!

Although the mall it’s in is a little uncomfortable to be in, Fujiyama is fantastic! Portion sizes are big so don’t order too much (though that makes it great for small groups), quality is top notch, presentation is nice, and the place is generally unique. The atmosphere assists the experience but isn’t distracting, the waiters are pleasant, and there is a small twist in all of their food that sets it apart from other sushi places. Ordering online is a bit challenging but all in all they have a good system for that aswell.

Pleasantly surprised by this immaculate presentation. Food was fast and delicious. Not the very best sushi for this sushi connoisseur but absolutely excellent with excellent quality for the great prices.

Hip little spot right off of SE 82nd Ave in the Eastport Plaza Shopping Center. We went the same night that a party was going on upstairs but that didn’t affect our evening. But other than that everything else was spot on! Service ✅Food ✅Atmosphere ✅ Mahalo Fujiyama Sushi Bar & Grill!!!

This is my neighborhood sushi place and it’s just a good, honest sushi experience. They always add some flowers/leaves which is nice. 🙂 It’s usually a slow paced experience here so don’t come here if you happen to be in a hurry. I hope they bring back the conveyor sushi one day but it seems they’re in no hurry about that either.
