Love this place! Great food, service and outdoor seating so we could eat with our furbabies!! We had the seafood pancake and the tofu soup with beef and raw egg – all so delicious and the pickles were great too. The owners were super nice and we will definitely be back!!! Highly recommend!!!

This is actually a really good Korean restaurant. It’s fairly new so that explains why waiting time is longer, plus they have a small seating area. The menu doesn’t have as many numerous choices than other Korean restaurants I’ve been to. But they have an excellent beef Bulgogi and it comes with three different sides and rice, which makes this a satisfying dinner for only $23. I went here with three other people and they were highly satisfied. Will come here again.

This place is a total hidden gem!

As a Korean, finding an authentic Korean restaurant in the East Bay that satisfies my taste buds can be a challenge. But Olchi stands out. Their food is perfectly seasoned—not too salty, not too strong. I could easily identify the well-chosen ingredients, such as high-quality red pepper flakes, similar to those we use in our own kitchen for our family.

We started our meal with a variety of well-prepared banchans. Haemul Pajeon was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It came with soy sauce made from homemade pepper pickles. Perfect for a sharable appetizer.
Pork Bulgogi was my favorite dish. It had the perfect balance of flavors—not too strong, but with a rich umami taste.
My vegan friend enjoyed the sweet and spicy crispy tofu, along with the delicious vegetable side dishes.
We shared Budae Jjigae, a hot pot that reminded us of the Korean street food restaurants in our neighborhood in Korea.

To end our meal, we enjoyed sparkling Yuzu and Plum Ades.

I highly recommend Olchi. I’ll definitely be back with my friends and family.

I am so happy such a good Korean restaurant opened up near me

As a Korean from Korea, I can vouch that this place is legit and authentic.

We tried their army stew, beef bulgogi, pork bulgogi, and seafood pancake and everything was bomb.

The owners were super sweet and attentive too! They apparently owned restaurants in Korea too so they know what they are doing.

They have their own parking lot so no need to worry about parking either.

Very highly recommend!!!

Had to try the new Korean restaurant in the neighborhood. Delicious Sundubu (tofu soup) & mandu (dumplings) and a refreshing Plum Sparkling Ade. Great food & service give it a try.

Ochi was so so good! Believe the reviews. Service was fast and friendly. Menu is not overwhelmingly large, which I consider a great sign. We got the mandu, crispy tofu and ssam set, and kimchi pancake. To me the kimchi pancake reveals a lot about the quality of a Korean spot. This one was PERFECT – crispy, light, tart, savory. The bonchan was excellent and fresh and varied. The food was hot, delicious, and served quickly. Check this place out!
