Ordered the frozen lychee pisco sour and that was a lovely treat for a summer day.
Food: Very solid! The green sauce is on point. Would also recommend the yuca fries if you want to spice up your life.
The ribs: unexpected standout. Order these
Chicken: no more special than a standard rotisserie chicken. Could’ve been more moist
Potato croquets: really liked these, a bit rich but nice and tasty.
Garden salad: really nice salad, sizable portion, would order again. Saw a lot of the tables ordering the Cesar.
The meh: fried rice, wontons. Wouldn’t order these again.
The decor inside the restaurant gives a nice ambiance and very comfortable setting to have a friendly hangout a simple casual date. Excellent service overall and very catering
The food choices are simple, yet delicious and very reasonably priced!
I highly recommend getting the lomo saltado: the flavor profile is excellent with bitable portion and evenly cooked!
The half chicken was my favorite by far, both from the sauce and also the chicken was very tender, not overly salty, easy to pull like pulled pork and the sauce made the flavor profile very refreshing and contrast! Most chickens rotisseries are generally too hard to chew or dried out; but this was well tendered!
Sometimes it is better to keep the menu simple and retain the quality!
This new spot is an absolute gem—perfect for group outings, date nights, or even solo meals at the bar. The menu has something for everyone, and everything we tried was full of flavor and cooked perfectly.
We ordered the jalea (fried calamari, fish & shrimp)—crispy, well-seasoned, and not greasy at all. The variety of seafood was a nice touch, and the special sauce it came with really elevated the dish. The lomo saltado was a standout: tender, flavorful stir-fried beef that I’d highly recommend. The rotisserie chicken was juicy and paired perfectly with a zesty green sauce that had just the right amount of heat. The ribs were also juicy and nicely seasoned, and the yuca frita was a must-try alternative to regular fries—crisp on the outside, soft inside.
The vibe is upbeat and lively, especially when it gets busy—it can be a bit loud, but it adds to the energy. The window into the kitchen is a fun touch if you like to see the action behind the scenes.
I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes. Flavor, atmosphere, and service were all on point!
We got the Chilcano & Frozen Lychee Pisco Sour to drink, both good in their own ways. To eat, my wife and I shared the veggie chaufa, small order of ribs, and a quarter chicken. The value for the money was amazing. We had enough leftover to take a doggy bag with us.
That green sauce needs to be bottled and sold immediately. I’d have it on subscription!
Already planning to come back to try the Limo Saltado and Lo Mein. The vibe is laid back but still a nice date night spot. Would also be fun with a group!
