Wow. What a fabulous experience at Mendocino Farms on Fillmore in Denver. Right from the moment we interned the space, we were greeted by such a positive hostess who gave us guidance on how the ordering works and some of the popular menu items.
The food was extremely fresh. Our bowls were cold…just how we like them. High end and high quality ingredients. So delicious.
And the space is well lit and vibrant.

Stopped by Mendocino Farms in downtown Denver and was seriously impressed. As we walked by, we noticed people enjoying fresh-looking salads and sandwiches, so we decided to give it a try. The space is open and welcoming, the staff beyond friendly, and the menu is full of diverse, healthy options—sandwiches, soups, and salads for every craving.
We ordered a goat cheese and cranberry almond salad along with a grilled veggie sandwich on ciabatta, and both were absolutely delicious. With so many Mendocino Farms locations around, it’s definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re nearby.

Ordered the Peach & Goat Cheese Salad and the Steak & Bacon Chimichurri with Oaxaca Potato salad. Lemonades.
What we liked: The quality of ingredients and exceptional customer service. The flavors of the potato salad.
What we didn’t like: The spiciness of the vinaigrette and the mash potato texture of the potato salad.
The tables are too close together and the line gets to be too long. Front counter lady needed wine kegs changed and another person at the register taking orders….

Sandwich and salad spot with fresh ingredients and a variety of delicious sauces. Serving sizes seem slightly better with prices being better than Sweetgreens down the street. The staff are generally upbeat, positive and motivated to help, but when it’s busy and noisy it can be tough to hear the person taking your order. The menu options are creative and I’ll be looking forward to trying new seasonal dishes as they grow

Delicious! The staff (Kris J.) was extra helpful in making the Green Baja Goddess vegan and suggesting the perfect dressing choice (vegan ranch + red wine vinaigrette). We will definitely be back!

This is high end fast food. There are a lot of healthy options including sandwiches and salads. We got ours to go, but there is plenty of dine in space. This is a good option if you are in a hurry and want a healthy meal. It was very family friendly.

Mendos is definitely a hit or miss. I usually order Turkey Avo Salsa Verde with toasted sour dough instead of the panini bread, and a chicken parm. The first 2 times I started ordering everything was awesome but the past three times I’ve order they have made my turkey sandwich with the wrong bread. I will say they are good about making the experience right, I didn’t bother calling the first time because I thought it wouldn’t happen again but I did call the second time and whoever was on duty refunded today and thankfully today I checked my sandwich before driving away and noticed it was wrong in which they did remake it for me but the remake was pretty cold and tasted super off, I ended up stopping somewhere else for food because of how off it tasted. Unfortunately I don’t really see myself returning anytime soon, I drive 20 minutes out of my way for this restaurant and for it not be the best quality anymore and for my order to be consistently wrong I just can’t justify it.

Nice fast causal place! I got the chicken & prosciutto sandwich— enjoyed it! I was a bit surprised it had a layer of nuts in it so something to keep in mind if anyone has allergies.
They have a self service water/ice machine & plastic cups. There are two individual all gender restrooms.

This place is awesome, the service was amazing, the food was delicious, the fresh lemonades are a must try. I had the Chimichurri steak and bacon and a cup of the Lemon chicken Farro soup. I’ll be going back for sure.

Perfect spot for lunch. We were greeted with super friendly and attentive staff. Food was fantastic (tough to find a place that has actually fresh mozzarella), and the place was immaculate. Definitely raised the bar for clean quick food!
