Wide-ranging eats from burritos to fried dumplings to banh mi from an open kitchen in funky digs.

This Gringo Mexican joint absolutely amazed me! Not only was the burrito huge for just 15 bucks, but this steak-shaved burrito was packed with authentic ingredients, including the tortilla. I ordered the white queso on the side, and I was able to drizzle this fantastic jalapeño queso over it, along with some incredible chunky red salsa. It truly blew me away with its size and richness, leaving me completely satisfied. I highly recommend this place! And guess what? The drinks were only three dollars—what a steal! I must admit, I was a bit let down by the surrounding area, which is quite subpar, but this spot is definitely the best place to eat in this small shopping center. I’m so glad I discovered it and will definitely return. Even their chips are delicious! Don’t hesitate to visit these folks because they truly put their heart into this food. I feel guilty for not leaving a tip, even though I did takeout. Great job, everyone! And as a fellow Chicana, you’re all invited to the cookout.

I’m a huge fan of Asian-fusion tacos after having them so often living near Orlando and these do not disappoint. The service is fast, the portions are good, and the tacos are mouth-wateringly good.

Food was freaking incredible!! 100% can’t go wrong with the Carne Asada Fries, Pork Belly Fried Rice, and Shaved Steak & Queso Burrito. Lucy had amazing customer service; so sweet! So fresh, so many amazing flavors all at once – will definitely be back!!

Excellent customer service, good vibes, mid food. The chicken kimchi fried rice had a very strong mayonnaise flavor and was very very wet. The chicken was also a little unappetizing. The beef birria quesadilla was just okay, idk why I was expecting it to be more authentic (it had sour yellow cheese ??). The fries however, STOLE THE SHOW. I’d go again to get a drink and furikake fries with gochujang ketchup for sure!

I confess that when we arrived I saw the vibe to take away your food and eat at home, but we were too hungry for that, so we stay. The place is small, with just a few tables to eat but the service is super nice and helpful to understand the menu and choices available.
The food is a nice surprise: super tasty with a lot of flavors and despite have spice you can still feel the other ingredients (it’s not super strong).
We ordered the Baja and Asian taco (my favorite was the Baja) and also the ahi tuna bowl (spectacular).

We tend to avoid eating at the food truck when it’s at our favorite places. We won’t go there if this one’s there. But our favorite brewery had something else going on, so we just decided to deal with it.
They custom made their Asian Taco into a burrito for me. I appreciated that. The flavor was good, until I started hitting black beans. Didn’t really go with that at all. I tried to eat it, but it just wasn’t good. I’m not a big black bean fan. I went back up to the truck, and I mentioned the beans. She told me she had said when I ordered that they were going to fill it with rice and beans. I only heard rice. Can’t swear that’s not what she said, because it was outside and loud. I just would never have put black beans in that. I ordered the Asian Taco. There was an opportunity here to be hospitable and understanding here, one that was not taken. Then the Taco wasn’t very good at all.
Overall, a bad experience with them, and I’ll continue to avoid trying to eat from the food truck when they’re at my favorite places.

After seeing the pictures on Google, I had to drop in. Yummy! It’s located in a small strip area with other businesses. There is parking right in the front and in a side lot on the side. The kimchi bowl with shrimp was everything in taste. It definitely had a kick to it. The shrimp was seasoned well. I really enjoyed my bowl and the staff was very friendly. We were able to take our time looking at the menu without being rushed. You got to try it.

First time tonight! I was 3 minutes down the road and hadn’t eaten in 7 hours! Walked in just after 8:30. I had pretty much made my mind up from reviews on Google. So I ordered an app of chori queso, fried rolled tacos, and a kimchi rice pork bowl. OMG! Delicious!! I will be eating the kimchi bowl for the next 3 days! Every bite is worth every dollar spent. Service was excellent! (Especially the sweet lady who rang me up.) If you are trying to figure out where to go and what to eat, this is your place! Go! You won’t be disappointed!! ($37 for all 3 items corn chips not pictured;) I also went back for a glass bottle coke… it was needed!!)
