I was at a local school and walked here for lunch after finding it on Google. The service was impeccable! I ordered the classic Dominican dish, “Tres Golpes” aka Three Hits and was super satisfied. I offered to pay but was told to eat my lunch first and deal with the bill later. I appreciated that.
When I saw that the eggs were slightly runny, the young lady gladly took them back and recooked them. The place was filled with some old timers who were cracking jokes and enjoying each other’s company as Jose Luis Rodriquez played in the background. One of the workers sat by me and ate his lunch. It was a really cool and laid back, old-school vibe as if I was having a meal in Santo Domingo. I will return again.

Real authentic Spanish food! It is honestly delicious and there is no set menu because it changes everyday. The food is so fresh and the prices are very cheap and reasonable. The lady at the counter, taking the order was very friendly. However, I didn’t like that she would handle money and then touch peoples food, without washing her hands. Also all the utensils are sitting in a cup or murky water, which may not be the most sanitary.

Loved the food, however, the service was not great. Long wait time. This was because they had ppl there who were just hanging out and were constantly talking to the staff! The place is very small and tight. Tables should be reserved for paying customers.

Kind and responsible staff for the location. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a roll with french fries. Everything tasted fresh and local. Very affordable. Great lunch specials. Great walk up service. A staple of my old neighborhood. Open typical hours. Very mom n pop style.

Service is always terrible!! Last time we visited, we got a young girl who was clueless of what she was doing. She took my uncle’s order even though i had no idea what i wanted because they do not have menus. The girl tells you what they have and apparently she forgot to mention most of the menu items. My uncle got his food but i didn’t get mines until he was finished his, much later, so I wound up taking mines home. My uncle’s food was cold. It is a very small place and the owners allow ppl that are not buying anything to hang out. Those ppl start to talk to the one employee and that’s one reason why their service is horrible. One employee is not enough for a place like that. Menu’s should be made available to customers!!
