Had a business lunch meal with 5 and everything we had was amazing. The fried artichoke and picante oysters both really good. I had the shrimp poboy and it was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The location is kind of tucked away behind a gas station but spacious inside. check it out!

Went for lunch and was not disappointed! 1/2 dozen oysters were fresh, clean and good size. I had shrimp Poboy with cup of seafood Gumbo that was flavorful with just the right amount of spices. Sister had blackened Catfish with a seafood creme sauce and grilled vegetables. Delicious! Portions were perfect, price was reasonable and service was outstanding. Will definitely return!

I LOVED the spinach dip! The pita chips took it to another level! I really enjoyed the oysters and being able to try all the different options chargrilled that they offer!! All of them were good! I didn’t get Bienville because I already had spinach dip but I would imagine they are just as good. There was live music in the back and the front part of the restaurant was still quiet enough enjoy a nice meal. The service was good and the prices were as you’d expect. Nothing crazy. My husband enjoyed the catfish and shrimp as well as the sweet potato fries. Good for a nice dinner. Portion sizes were adequate. We finished all our food but we were definitely full because of the spinach dip!

We were a table of five and after 10 minute of no acknowledgment by our waitress we went to the bar to get something to drink. It was then we were approached by our waitress Sierra and we’re told if we were going to order from the bar then we needed to give up her table. We explained that we just wanted to grab a drink and since she hadn’t been by our table we did. We fully intend to sit at the table and order dinner and drinks. When she finally did come to our table to place an order, we could immediately tell that she was having a bad night. We ordered our drinks and our food which was delicious. However, whenever we asked for anything like another drink additional napkins, she rolled her eyes, and there was that attitude again. I am probably one of the most tolerant people you will encounter when it comes to dealing with bad wait staff But after two hours of her rude attitude I was pushed me to my limit. I did notice that it was not just our table that was having issues as I had friends sitting at two tables around me who also had experienced her bad attitude. So I decided to go and asked to speak to a manager and the young lady I spoke to then informed me that our waitress was actually one of the managers And then she immediately walked over to her and told her that I had made a complaint. We were talking amongst ourselves, trying to figure out what her name was, and she walked over to our table, grabbed the receipt and pointed to her name and said here’s my name so you can make a complaint. I was just appalled that that behavior. So here I am voicing my opinion on the crappy service and attitude of a person that is one of their management representatives. She only hurt herself because she would have received a tip in excess of $40 between the two tickets and instead She did not even receive a 10% tip on each of the tickets. Bad service along with a horrible attitude is never rewarded..

I don’t normally do this but I have just have had enough. Expect to ripped off if you make a substitution for a side that cost the exact same amount of money, they will charge you an additional three dollars for that substitution. They’re making money unnecessarily for that substitution. Think about how many patrons eat there every night and make substitutions and get gigged,if 50 people eat there and make a substitution that’s $150 of unnecessary money made off of their customers. And honestly, their food has gone down over the years. I keep giving them chances, but this was the last straw. I’m tired of businesses, taking advantage of customers. Other restaurants do that only if the item cost more money, I expect that, but when items on the menu are equal cost, it’s a shame. They have lost my business.

We had the best lunch ever! To start off, we ordered the spinach artichoke dip with fresh warm pita chips. It was so delicious! Side salads were cold and fresh! Ordered the New Orleans style BBQ shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes, Fried half shell seafood platter with seafood gumbo, coleslaw, and fries, Asiago Chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled veggies, and a Kids Grilled cheese with fries. All these plates were a 10/10. Very delicious and tasty. All made from scratch. Then for dessert we didn’t what to choose from and ordered the pecan bread pudding with lots of praline sauce that had just come out of the oven freshly made, a raspberry cheesecake, and a lava cake with lots of whipped cream. All the food was great. You can really taste the freshness in each bite. Even their sweet tea with fresh lemon was awesome. We had the best waitress ever, Mindy. She gave us the best 100% service ever. Highly recommend the Half Shell. Make sure to stop by and say to Mindy the Gonzalez family from South Texas sent you all.

Best place! Sooo, I have so much to say about this place. But I’ll just keep it simple. If you want to listen to some music, check this place out. If you want some amazing oysters that look beautiful, check this place out. If you want a nice cocktail, check this place out and If you would like to have amazing service, definitely check this place out!!
So far, everything I’ve had on the menu is beyond delicious. I highly recommend the shrimp and crawfish dip. The oysters as I said are beautiful and they taste amazing. The gumbo is on point. Can’t go wrong with the wine… As I said, I can continue!!

Our waitress, Christina, was wonderful! Appetizer’s we ordered the Boudin balls and the Chargrilled oysters, they both were very very good. Entrée was the Crawfish on the Bluff, very delicious. Everyone was very friendly and great atmosphere for lunch or dinner.
