They took forever and I was at the drive thru window. Never order a chicken wrap because it is more wrap than chicken. It appeared as if they took a chicken patty and cut it in 4 and they put a quarter in the wrap. Honestly McDonald’s are way better. My rodeo burger looked horrible and tasteless! Don’t even know how my food was cold. Burger King is just not what it use to be!

First of all, The restaurant was dirty as soon as I walked in.
There was only two people in the drive thru and one person in front of me . Three employees working.
They attend the person in front of me.
It takes h to em five minutes to address me … clearly they see me standing there.
The employee tells me that : there was a 15 min wait
So I decided to agree.
They take my order.
And I see the employee in the back wasting time and doing every single order in slow motion!!!!!!
It took them 45 min to complete my order.
I was standing there looking at them.
I finally get my food and it’s COLD

Took forever for 1 item I was in line for 25 mins, the chicken wrap I threw out because it looked horrible I should have took a picture. Times like this shouldn’t be bad when everything is more pricey

Today, my boyfriend went by the drive thru to purchase 2 of the bikini bottom meals. When he was ordering he was informed that the pineapple float was not available. That was disappointing but not a huge issue, he got 2 sodas (and was charged .20 cents each?) He confirmed all the items were in the box but unfortunately did not open the cheesy bacon tots box. When he arrived i opened the cheesy tots box and found chicken nuggets. We called the location to confirm if the cheesy bacon tots were available, and they agreed to swapping the nuggets we got for the cheesy tots. I requested new burgers when I got there, since they had gotten cold by this point, they agreed to swap the burgers as well, thankfully. When I arrived home, I realized only one of the burgers had cheese. Needless to say, I will not be visiting this location again.

I ordered the firey royal crispy chicken and got a burnt, overcooked, stale, bland piece of chicken with little lettuce, no tomato, and no cheese. I’ve gotten this item multiple times from other locations and it has always been delicious but this burgerking actually charged me for something that looks like it came from the trash. They were also out of ice.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I asked about the chicken nugget sizes, and the employee responded rudely, they don’t even know their own products.
The hamburgers were cold, and when asked for them to be reheated, the manager took them to the microwave with a horrible childish attitude.
The manager has no idea how to treat customers, he should not be in that position.
I will never go to a Burger King again!

Onion rings we’re cooked in old oil, and our food was cold ,I specifically asked for dine in and received my order in a bag ,sodas were flat and the place looked filthy, tables were not cleaned and trash piled up on top of trash cans, employees were more exited about their conversation by the drive thru window,I will not come back and will let people know not to come to this trashy location

I always come here and it’s good during the day I made an online order at night this time, and I had to circle around a couple of times honked about 3-4 times nothing had to call them while I’m still outside waiting to tell them I’ve been out here for awhile. Some guy answered and sounded rude as soon as he answered me, I’m pretty sure one of the girls saw me before but just pretended she didn’t. No one apologized or anything not even the manager. Honestly hoping no one spit on mine and my family’s food for just simply craving Burger King. Please work on your night crew .
