We love the Groovy Goat at Owa in Foley, so we were excited to see one while in Spanish Fort recently! The Bar Burger, Breakfast BLT, and House Salad with grilled chicken were all very flavorful and delicious! The french fries were fresh and crispy. Our waitress was on point and took great care of us! We will definitely continue coming back!

Today was a very special day and our choice to go to Groovy Goat for the first time. We waited over 30 minutes to be served. The food was okay but the service was nonexistent, the manager came by and asked how we were doing, very nice, but once we told him our order, he never came back and it took the person serving another 20 minutes after we were done eating to bring our check. I assumed that our bill was taken care of due to how long we waited to pay. I dont ever do reviews, but I have heard nothing but good things, but that was not our experience. Im not sure what happened today and I know im just one review so it wont matter, but at least we know what to expect from the Groovy Goat

My experience: Mushroom Burger was okay, not very tasty fries and a very good cold beer. Maybe the burger wasn’t the best because it was a busy day. Gotta give them a second chance prob.

The fried egg on the burger was done perfectly not too dry or runny.

Looked like everyone was having a good time, but I sat at a table for 10 minutes with 4 or 5 servers walking by, and no one even acknowledged my presence. I told the host I never got waited on, too. He only said, “Oh no.” So I left. Not angry or upset. Just disappointed.

Came in last night to watch Tennessee play Alabama. Big crowd, but luckily I was able to find a seat at the bar. Bailey the bartender was phenomenal!! She had a bar full of guests, & nonstop drinks coming in from servers, but she didnt miss a beat. She was on top of everything, & was super friendly. Suggested the Louisiana BBQ shrimp & it was AMAZING. Great staff, & attentive manager walking around checking in with guests. Overall experience was great!! Will definitely be back to watch games in the future.

Food was great, but Mike the server… that man is operating on another spiritual plane. The chili was spot-on, but somehow Mike was more spot-on. He didn’t walk up to our table, he materialized like a friendly restaurant ghost. I’d think about a refill and BOOM, there it was, like he read my mind or had a pact with some beverage-summoning demon.
At this point Mike is either the greatest server in human history… or a certified sorcerer. Either way, 10/10 would let this wizard take my order again.
